You’re In It! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re here. You made it! You’re in it!

Breathe in and be here now!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Now that you’re here, in the moment, there’s nothing left to escape. There’s nothing left to resist. Once you reach the point of no return, the mind quiets. So today, allow yourself to let go of your resistance. Let go of your fear, by deciding to be in it, now. Make it so that escape isn’t an option. You’re here. You’re present.

Breathe in and be here now!
Breathe out and be in it!

Decide to be so fully in this moment, that you don’t even think about resisting. That you don’t even think about escaping. You’re in it! You’re here!

Breathing in I’m in it!
Breathing out I am in it!

And “It”, the word “it”, always strikes me as the word for god. When I have moments of connection to the divine, I can’t describe it in words, and the best I can come up with is, “It”. It is all there is. This is it. This moment is It, with a capital I. It is everything. And you’re in It; you’re part of the whole. You are your experience. You are the divine. You are IT! And when you let yourself be in it, there’s nothing to escape, there’s nothing to resist, and your mind quiets down, and you’re simply in it.

Breathing in I am in it.
Breathing out I am in it.

Let yourself be in it. You are in it. Think of it as god, think of it as the universe, or the whole, life force, source energy. You’re in it!

Breathing in I’m in it!
Breathing out I’m in it!

Let this be your mental code! As you go about your day, doing your normal things—the dishes, your work, cleaning, cooking—remind yourself: “I’m in it!” And normally this is something that would happen, once you make it to the thing that you’re resisting, like you’re in the meeting, you’re in the workout, you’re in the adventure, you’re in the thing you’ve been resisting or trying to escape. And the only thought that’s possible is, “I’m in it! This is it!” Decide to bring that mindset into your normal life. Let it quiet your mind. Let it relax you. Let it make you present. Let it make you whole.

Be Free Again (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and let yourself be light today.
Breathe out and decide to not take it seriously today.

Life is not serious. We’re just here for fun. It’s safe to relax and enjoy this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and say, “I love myself.”

You have come so far. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself enjoy where you are. It won’t always be like this.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

There’s always going to be another worry. There’s always going to be another death. There will always be more pain and sickness. But what if you could enjoy life, regardless of those circumstances? What if you could feel good whenever you wanted? What if you could enjoy life no matter what’s happening?

Breathe in and say, “I am loving what is”
Breathe out and say, “I am loving what is.”

That is how you can enjoy life no matter what: by admitting that you are loving what’s happening. Our resistance to death and pain and scarcity hurts more than death and pain and scarcity. The pain in the resisting. The pain is the dread. The pain is the avoiding.

Breathe in and say, “I am loving what is.”
Breathe out and say, “I am loving what is.”

Train yourself into knowing this is true, because it really is true. Underneath it all, you are loving. That is your default state: I am loving.

Breathing in I am loving what is.
Breathing out I am loving what is.

No matter what is, you can love it. Whether you’re happy or sad, in pain or pleasure, broke or rich—it doesn’t matter. Whether you’re up or down, you can love and enjoy it all.

Breathing in I am loving what is.
Breathing out I am loving what is.

If you can’t quite get there, if you can’t quite convince yourself that you really do love what is, remind yourself that there is a part of you that wanted this. Because having is evidence of wanting. And if “I am loving what is” isn’t working, say to yourself, “I’m going to stop pretending that I don’t like what is. I give myself permission to enjoy what is.” And if that still doesn’t work, if you still can’t see how you really do love it, just go back to your breath or chanting or counting. When you get some space from your thoughts, you’ll be free again.

Stop Pretending You Don’t Like It (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. In the present moment, there are no thoughts. Let yourself relax and enjoy this moment.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and smile! Because it’s really not serious.

Remind yourself that having is evidence of wanting. This gem of a phrase from Carolyn Elliott helps us remember that whatever is in our reality, we did manifest it. And even if we don’t like it consciously, there’s a part of us that does love it.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and let go of your resistance!

Having is evidence of wanting. Next time you’re in a situation where you don’t like what’s going on, say to yourself, “I’m going to stop pretending that I don’t like this situation. I’m giving myself permission to enjoy this situation.”

Breathe in and stop pretending you don’t like it!
Breathe out and give yourself permission to enjoy the things you don’t consciously like.

You’re creating them, because a part of you unconsciously loves it. There’s a part of you that wants the drama. There’s a part of you that wants the death. There’s a part of you that wants the disease. We came here to experience it all. All the way up and down the spectrum. We wanted to live it all.

Breathe in and welcome and embrace it all!
Breathe out and know that everything is perfect and in its place.

Whatever you’re going through, see if you can look from a new perspective, where you stop pretending you don’t enjoy the things you don’t like, and you give yourself permission to enjoy them. And when you give yourself permission to enjoy the dark parts of life, the death, the disease, the brokeness, the drama—when you give yourself permission to enjoy all that, you give all of those dark things permission to move on, to flow on. You let go.

Breathe in and make friends with your shadow self.
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy the darkness.

Here’s an example. My 18-year-old cat has been ill. And there were months where we had to clean up after her messes. And in the last few weeks, I would say, “I’m going to stop pretending I don’t like cleaning up shit. I give myself permission to enjoy cleaning up shit.” And something shifted for me then and I didn’t resent it so much. And then on January 17, 2021, my 18-year-old cat Pwny died. And I didn’t have to clean up her shit anymore.

And it was a lesson that having is evidence of wanting. And I would rather be cleaning up her shit than have her be dead! But now she’s no longer suffering and by accepting my circumstances I allowed them to flow away from me much more quickly that I expected. The shitty situation was over like that.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and give yourself permission to enjoy it all. Because it’s not always going to be like this.

And whatever you have, you’ll miss it when it’s gone, because having is evidence of wanting.

Breathe in and just enjoy what is right now.
Breathe out and just say thank you for what is.

What we have right now is perfect. It’s all working out. It’s not serious. And if there’s something that’s bothering you, give yourself permission to enjoy it, because before you know it, it will be gone.

Breathe in and stop pretending you don’t like it.
Breathe out and give yourself permission to enjoy your life exactly the way it is!

This too shall pass, whatever it is.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s really not serious!
Breathe out and know: that no matter how you feel, it will always change. And if you feel like you just can’t get out of a rut or you just don’t know how to feel better, just relax, take a nap, meditate, read a book—do anything you can to distract yourself and I promise you’ll feel in the best mood you’ve ever been in really soon.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

The lows make the highs possible. Today, embrace the lows, just as you would the highs.

Breathing in I am loving what is.
Breathing out I am loving what is.

And if it’s too hard to love what is, just accept.

Breathing in I am accepting what is.
Breathing out I am accepting what is.

Breathing in I accept what is.
Breathing out I accept what is.

Whatever words help you to just sit and be here in this moment, whatever you can do to let yourself just be. And relax. And stop struggling. Like a fly caught in a spider web. When you stop struggling, maybe you’ll just fall out of the web.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and let yourself drop out of the spiderweb of your thoughts.

Let yourself become still. Stop struggling. And you’ll see you’re not even caught by a spider web anymore. You’re free.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “I love myself.”

Sometimes words are just not going to get you present. Words are contradictory to the present moment. There are no thoughts in the present. As soon as we start labeling and using words, we separate ourselves. We say “I am me” and “You are you” and “This is this” and “That is that.” Creating separation. Creating the illusion that we’re alone. But if you can let go of the words, and just be your experience, you’ll see you are already one with life. You are already god in human form. You are already present. You are already love, yeah love.

Breathe in and let go of the words.
Breathe out and just look.

Alan Watts says that if you try to use a method or a technique to get present, you’re missing the point. The point is to just be your experience. Just be where you are. And the only technique he offers is: Look!

Breathe in and look.
Breathe out and look!

You are your experience, and when you surrender your thoughts and preferences and words themselves, you merge with your reality. You merge with your experience. You merge with god. You remember you are god. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Only your thoughts can separate you from the god that you are.

Breathe in and let yourself merge with the god you are!
Breathe out and let yourself just be your experience. Nothing to change, nothing to fight. Just you and me being one.

Breathe in and look!

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Today, we are going to practice being lovers of what is.

Breathe in and say, “I am loving what is.”
Breathe out and say, “I am loving what is.”

If feeling creates, if feeling precedes experience, what emotion would you want to feel, to create your reality with?

Breathe in and think about how you want to feel.
Breathe out and see all roads leading to love, yeah love.

Love is the feeling of joy. Love is the feeling of enthusiasm. Love is who we are. Love is what we are. Love is what this reality is. Love is always the answer.

Breathe in and say, “I am loving what is.”
Breathe out and smile because you have the key!

Life is not serious. And you’re in control of your vibration. And today, you can vibrate love.

Breathing in I am loving what is.
Breathing out I am loving what is.

Even if you don’t like what is around you, if you don’t like what’s happening, what your attention is on, you can still go back to the thought, “I am loving what is.” Because when you love, when you choose to feel love before you see anything to love, you create the circumstances that are loving. You create the energy of love to flow back to you. You are the origin of the wave. You’re the creator! You must become it to see it. So loving what is, is how you can become love, and then see what you love in your reality.

Breathing out I am loving what is.

And underneath it all, you do love what is. The good, the bad, the maddening, the exciting. Your divine self, your higher self, loves it all. We came to this physical reality to experience the highs and the lows, the good and the bad. The contrast of being alive. We didn’t come here just to feel good and have fun. We didn’t come here just to always feel great. We would be dead if we did that. We would be nonphysical. But we came here to enjoy having desires. When we experience what we don’t want, we know what we do want. And when we know what we do want, it’s created. We’re doing the whole universe this wonderful service of being willing to expose ourselves to bad, to things we don’t prefer, so we can know what we do prefer. And when we know what we do prefer, we know the direction to go in. We know how we want to feel. And when we feel the way that we want to feel, all the things that we want start revealing themselves.

Breathing in I am loving what is.
Breathing out I am loving what is!

You are a conduit of love. You are a flow-er of love, a flower of love. A channel of love. You are love and when you choose to consciously love what is, there is so much that will reveal itself to love in what already is.

Breathing in I am loving what is.
Breathing out I am loving what is!

This is the vibration that will bring you what you want. This is the vibration that feels like drugs, that feels like morphine, that feels like your problems all being solved. That feels like it’s a bubble protecting you from reality. It’s love, yeah love!

Life is flowing. Life is change. Change is always good. Every time you notice anything change, say yes to it. Welcome it. That change is god. That change is life.

It’s all happening in your favor. No matter what it is—birth, death, pain, suffering, joy, pleasure—it’s all in your favor. It’s all in the dance of life. And the less you resist it, the less it hurts. And the more you embrace it, the more you see how it all is love. It’s all for you. It’s a gift, being here.

Yes to feeling anxious. Yes to my sick cat. Yes to aging. Yes to winter. Yes to decomposing. Yes to rebirths. Yes to the process of life.

Breathe in and say yes to the pain.

We came here to experience the flow. We came here to ride the ride, the ups and the downs. You can’t have the ups without the downs. You can’t sled downhill without climbing up first.

Breathe in and welcome the climb as much as the sledding.
Breathe out and welcome every single change that happens.

It’s all part of the dance. It’s all part of the flow. And when something leaves, it opens up space for something new.

Breathe in and welcome change.
Breathe out and welcome the pain that can come with change.

Impregnate Your Subconscious (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you for this moment. Thank you for my health. Thank you for my home. Thank you for my family and friends.

Breathe in and say thank you for this breath.
Breathe out and be truly grateful for this breath.

It won’t always be like this. Everything will change. This moment is absolutely unique. This moment has everything you need. This moment is infinite.

Breathe in and know it’s already perfect.
Breathe out and let what you want come to you.

Practice feeling like it’s already perfect today. Because you must become it, to see it. Feel it to see it.

Breathe in and feel like it’s already perfect, wow!
Breathe out and know the closer you get to feeling like that, the more you’ll see it.

Even if it’s just for a brief moment, a flash, that you can feel like, “Wow it’s already perfect right now!” Just that brief second where you feel like that will create so many miracles and then you’ll believe in it more and you’ll create more miracles and it’s an upward spiral!

Breathing in, it’s already perfect, wow!
Breathing out, it’s already perfect.

Especially when there are things you’re resisting. Especially when you’re mad or irritated or sad. Say to yourself, it’s already perfect. And you don’t have to want the situation you’re in. It’s not about being happy about the things you don’t like. It’s just about feeling that feeling to impregnate your subconscious, so that your conscious reality is full of perfection.

Breathe in and remember, you’re the creator!
Breathe out and impregnate your subconscious with perfection!

You feel the feeling, and then you see it in reality. The way you feel is what creates. Allow yourself to feel that feeling of perfection. It’s up to you! You can choose what you want to feel right now! And choosing that feeling creates the reality you want! Feeling precedes experience! So decide right now, to feel like it’s already perfect. And so it is!

Breathing in, it’s already perfect!
Breathing out, it’s already perfect.

You’re already perfect. This moment is already perfect. As you go about your day, try saying, “Already” when you breathe in and “Perfect” when you breathe out:

Breathe out and step into this present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and be light.
Breathe outing let go of any resistance, any stale energy that’s not serving you. Let it all go.

Breathe in and be kind to yourself.
Breathe out and be gentle to yourself.

This is the right place and the right time. You were meant to be here. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and lift yourself up.
Breathe out and focus your attention.

Focus is god is focus. When you’re focused, your attention is in the present moment, not scattered about by your thoughts. When you’re focused, the noise of your thoughts subsides. And you reveal your natural state of love and joy and enthusiasm.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and start feeling excited about your day.

Everything is unfolding perfectly. Everything is working out for you. Trust the process. Let it be fun.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

When you stop fighting what is, you make space for what you want to come. When you stop fighting what is, you reveal the epiphanies and solutions that are already right in front of you.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and be kind to yourself.

Accept yourself wherever you are. Say yes to yourself, wherever you are. When you stop resisting and fighting and being tense with yourself, you realize you’re already in the flow.

Breathe in and know: Only your thoughts can make you feel bad.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Say yes to where you are. Say yes to who you are. Say yes to what you’re doing. Say yes to what’s happening around you.

You don’t have to fight the natural rhythm anymore.

Breathe in and realize: You are the natural rhythm.
Breathe out and know: You are the origin of the wave. You are setting the rhythm.

Let go of your resistance to what is, and you’ll see you’re already dancing with the flow of life.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Everything is perfect and in its place. And now that you’re relaxed, now that you’ve let go of your resistance, what you want has no choice but to reveal itself right in front of you.

If there’s something you really care about that’s bothering you, you gotta forget about it! It’s the only way to resolve it without force or conflict. It’s time to let it go!

Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Breathing in I love myself!

Embody this feeling today. Decide to feel confident in yourself, to be in control of the only thing you can do, which is your thoughts, your emotions, your actions. And decide to not give a fuck what other people are doing. It’s not your problem. Focus on yourself. Loving yourself, having fun, being you. And fuck all the rest!

Keep this mental code on repeat today. Whenever you start worrying about someone else’s business, or thinking that people should act a different way, go back to your mental code.

I’ve let that shit go! Decide to be light and playful today. In the big picture, it really doesn’t matter. In the big picture, all that matters is your breath. Are you breathing? Are you alive? Then you can have the best day of your life! You can feel good about yourself. And you can work miracles today!

Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

I don’t give a fuck about what other people are doing. I don’t give a fuck about people not taking my advice. I don’t give a fuck. I’m keeping my attention on the things I can control. My thoughts. My emotions. My actions.

Breathing in I am in control of my vibration!
Breathing out I’ve got my shit together!

Decide to focus on you today! Decide to be in control of YOUR own vibration. Decide to let go of caring about what other people are doing. It’s not up to you! It’s simply not up to you. It’s not your problem. All you can do is focus on what you’re doing, thinking, feeling and being. And right now, we are doing the only work that matters. We are thinking our mental codes. We are feeling better and better by the moment. And we are being the best versions of ourselves we can be.

Put this on repeat. Let this be your mental code. Allow yourself to feel lighter, to feel carefree, to feel playful. It just doesn’t matter! Let life be fun today! It’s not serious!

Focus and It Unfolds Perfectly (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Let go of your resistance. Let your guard down. Start saying yes.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and welcome what’s coming to you.

It’s all unfolding perfectly. You’re in the right place at the right time. Remember that presence is your superpower. And today you are more focused and present than ever.

Breathe in and step into your power!
Breathe out and focus, because focus is god. And god is focus.

Decide right now how you’re going to focus today. The things that work best for me are silent counting, conscious breathing and chanting. Where will you place your singular focus today? How will you keep your mind and thoughts off of this world, on your inner supply, your connection to god within you?

Breathe in and commit to focusing today.
Breathe out and relax.

Just intend to focus. I intend to focus today. And you don’t have to stick to the same thing all day, because different techniques work in different situations.

Breathe in and say, “I am focused!”
Breathe out and be focused.

When I’m angry or bored or really feeling lazy, I love silent counting. When I’m scared or really nervous, I love to chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. And when I’m feeling confident and in my power, I love saying,

Breathing in I
Breathing out AM

Different focuses work for different moods. Allow yourself to be flexible and flowing today. You don’t have to commit to a single thought, but you can commit to singular focus. Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, choose to focus your attention to keep your mind and thoughts off of this world, off of worrying. And you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This is the best day of your life, the best year of your life. Let life be fun! No matter what your problems are, if you can drag your attention away from thinking about your problems, into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about, then your problems will solve themselves.

Breahte in and step into this present moment!
Breathe out and feel confident in your abilities as the creator.

Whatever you say after I AM is true until you think a contradicting thought. So decide right now what you are.

Breathing in I am focused.
Breathing out I am focused.

Trust the process of life. It’s safe to get out of the way and let life work out your problems for you. Especially when there’s no more action you can take. It’s time to just give up and bring your attention within, place it on the god, place it on your higher self. Place it on that point inside of you where you meet the infinite. You are more than your physical body!

Breathing in I am focused!
Breathing out I am more than my physical body!

Trust that life is deep. There is more to life than what we see in physical reality. Everything is already created and we only have to switch our perspectives to perceive what we desire.

Breathing in I am focused!
Breathing out I am saying yes to what is.

Let this be the best day of your life! All you have to do is focus and it really will unfold perfectly. And you really will see, life is the way you want it to be!
