Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. Today we’re going to choose to not suffer. We’re going to choose to feel good regardless of our circumstances, because feeling is the secret. Feeling creates.

Breathe in and decide to feel good.
Breathe out and decide to feel good no matter what’s going on around you.

Often we have a little thing that’s keeping us from feeling good like, too many things on our to-do list, or someone blew us off, or we did something we’re disappointed about. There could be any number of reasons why you don’t feel good. But today, we’re choosing not to suffer, and to feel good anyway!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Decide to stand up to your thoughts! Only your thoughts make you feel bad! So today, stand up to your thoughts by saying, “I refuse to let ______ be my reason for feeling bad!” Whatever it is, I refuse to let this looming chore be reason for feeling bad. I refuse to let her not texting back be my reason for feeling bad. I refuse to let worrying be my reason for feeling bad. I refuse to suffer!

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and refuse to suffer today!

There’s a very good reason why you should refuse to suffer. It’s because when you choose to feel good, you’ll start creating that in your reality. When you look in the mirror and get mad at what you see, you don’t try to change the mirror. You change what’s causing the reflection, the source of the reflection. You—your emotional world— it’s what’s causing your reality to play out the way it is. You must become it to see it.

Breathe in and decide to feel the way you want to feel today!
Breathe out and refuse to suffer!

Right now ask yourself, “What do I want?”

I want my work to get done in the flow. I want to feel disciplined. I want to feel love, for myself. What do you want today?

Breathe in and think about how you would feel if you got what you wanted.
Breathe out and start practicing that feeling right now.

I want to feel love for myself. So I can think, “I love myself,” but what’s more important than the thought is the feeling you feel while thinking it.

Breathe in and really feel the feeling of loving yourself.
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

But feel the feeling! If you think something needs to change in order to love yourself, picture yourself as that person while you say “I love myself.” I love myself. I love myself.

Breathe in and choose to love yourself.
Breathe out and know this is the secret! You choose to feel it first and then the evidence appears!

If you choose to love yourself right now without changing a thing, the changes you want for yourself will come naturally, because YOU changed the source of the reflection!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!

Feeling is the secret. And there is no reason to suffer anymore, because you are the creator. Choose to feel the way you want to feel right now. And reality has no choice but to reflect that!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!

I love myself. I love myself. Just keep repeating this over and over, while you feel for the feeling. Imagine that it’s true. And then soon you will see, life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe out and allow what is to be.

When you fight what is, you lose. So let’s spend the next few minutes embracing and accepting it all!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right! You are so loved. You are so cared for. Let life lead the way right now. Let life live you.

Breathe in and say I,
Breathe out and say AM.

Breathing in I,
Breathing out, AM.

Use the words I AM to practice the feeling of being. What does it feel like to just be?

Breathing out, AM.

Can you feel the energy running through your cells? The breath of life going in and out of your body? Connecting you to everything?

Can you feel how everything is just energy? Can you feel how you are energy vibrating in this moment?

You are awareness. You are awareness of awareness. You are awareness itself. Just being. Just noticing. Observing. Witnessing.

As you become more and more aware of your being, you lose sense of the world around you and your thoughts and distractions, disturbances—and the more centered and grounded in your being you allow yourself to be. The more you are able to choose what comes after I AM. And have it be true.

I AM So healthy. I AM in the right place at the right time. I AM love. I AM surrendering my preferences. I AM already perfect. I AM god in human form. I AM stepping into my power as the creator! I AM pure positive energy. I AM letting life live me.

I am clear. I am focused. I am in the flow. I am letting god flow through me, life, universal intelligence. I am getting out of my own way. I am already perfect. I am love. And I’m having the best day of my life!

You Don’t Have to Try AT ALL! (transcript)

Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Your only work today is to enjoy whatever work you have to do today.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and slow your thoughts down.

This is the right place and the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax and enjoy this moment.

Breathe in and connect to universal intelligence.
Breathe out and remember who you are.

You’re god in human form! You’re the creator of your life. The creator of you.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

If you can put your attention on your breath today, while you’re working, driving, talking, cleaning—whatever it is you have to do—if you can put your attention on your breath, you can find joy in whatever you’re doing.

Breathe in and put your attention on your breath.
Breathe out and keep your attention on your breath.

Breathe in and keep focused on your breath.
Breathe out and feel the breath come out of your body.

Keep as much attention on each breath as possible. With each breath, practice feeling gratitude, or excitement, fulfillment, connection with god—whatever it is you want to feel. Focus on finding that feeling in your breath. And then! You’ll always have access to that feeling, whenever you remember to keep your attention on your breath.

Breathe in and find joy in your breath.
Breathe out and feel joyful, just from your breath!

When you slow down your thoughts to the pace of your body, the pace of your breathing—when you slow everything down and just keep your attention on your breath, you calm your body down. Then your calm body sends signals to your brain to feel better. The more attention you can keep on your breath, the better your body will feel, and the safer your brain will feel. You won’t have to overthink, you won’t have to plan. You don’t have to worry. Your natural state is love and joy and enthusiasm! That’s who you are underneath all the thoughts. So if you can keep your attention on your breath, off of your thoughts, you will naturally rise to the level of joy and enthusiasm! And love! That’s who you are! It’s natural!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and find joy in whatever you do today!

It’s so simple! Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. And when you keep your attention on your breath, you clear space from the thoughts. And then your thoughts aren’t feeling so bad and you’re free to return to your natural set point of love and joy and enthusiasm. Those things are who you are underneath it all. You don’t have to try to feel love. You don’t have to try to feel enthusiasm. And you don’t have to try to feel joy! They’re all in you right now, just waiting for the clouds of your thoughts to clear! And then they’ll just be there! You don’t have to try AT ALL!

Breathe in and feel so excited! It’s natural!
Breathe out and feel so excited!

You’re going to enjoy whatever you do today, because your attention will be on your breath and not your thoughts. And the more focused on your breath you are, the more the clouds will clear and your natural state of love and joy and enthusiasm will shine through! It’s all waiting for you. It’s already right in front of you, inside of you!

Breathe in and keep your attention on your breath!
Breathe out and feel so empowered!

It’s the simplest thing! Just feel focused on every single breath you can. You can use so many techniques to do it, just think,

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Any variation of keeping your attention on your breath,

Breathing in yes!
Breathing out thank you!

Whatever thought it takes to get you out of your head into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about! Just keep going with that. Stick with your breath and your natural joy, your natural enthusiasm and your natural love will be revealed! It’s all within you, right now, waiting for you to focus on your breath and feel so relieved because you are a lover, you are joyful, and you so enthusiastic about everything else you have to do today. Because you have your breath and that means you have natural joy and enthusiasm and love waiting for you in every step!

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is just for fun!
Breathe out and relax your body.

Let your thoughts relax. Let yourself be fully in this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and connect to your breath.
Breathe out and remember your power as the creator!

What is your core universal truth? What do you know to be true above all else? What belief do you have that informs every other belief, every action you take?

Breathe in and consider your core universal truth.
Breathe out and be still. And let it come to you.

What is your core universal truth? My core universal truth is: I AM. I am god. I am love. I am love yeah love! I am ________. Whatever else I want to come after that. I AM is my core universal truth. And when I remember I AM, my power comes back to me!

Breathe in and invite your power back to you!
Breathe out and decide on your core universal truth right now.

You can change it every day if you want. But what is it right now? What is it that’s informing all of your actions? When you know what your universal truth is, all of your actions and reactions can be informed by that. And you’ll know you’re in integrity when you act based on your core universal truth. So when I remember I AM, it’s easy to kind of, float above life. And not react to everything and not get sucked in by my preferences.

Breathe in and know your core universal truth!
Breathe out and act with integrity today.

Decide right now what your truth is, and let every decision flow from that.

One of my most powerful memories, most powerful vibrational bookmarks of all time, was when I had just gotten into thinking, “Breathing in I am god breathing in! Breathing out I am god breathing out!” And when I was able to really believe in that thought and stand by it and know it to be true, I was so powerful. I was limitless. Every wish became true. What is it that when you remember this is your universal truth, gives you power? What thought, what knowing, do you have in your core that can guide every action of yours today? That can help you rise above your preferences and likes and dislikes to remember, “Oh yeah, I am god! And I don’’t have to suffer! I get to be here! I get to have fun! I wanted this ! I wanted to be here! This is fun! I love my life! I love life!”

Breathing in I am god breathing in!
Breathing out I am god breathing out!

When I remember that I AM, that I AM whatever I say after I AM, I remember that I am the creator of my experience. And I don’t have to let _______ be my reason to suffer. I refuse to let _______ be my reason to suffer. What thought can you find today that helps you remember you don’t have to suffer?

God is what’s breathing us in and out. We are all god. We are all love. We are all one. We cannot be separated. And when we remember our oneness, our oneness with god, the divine, that which we came from—it’s easy to just sit back and enjoy life, to surrender our preferences and let go of suffering!

Today we are standing up to our thoughts and refusing to suffer by remembering our core universal truth:

Surrender your preferences. Let it all go.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is just for fun!
Breathe out and relax. It’s really not serious.

We are just here for fun! Today, as you go about your day, focus on feeling joyful! The more joyful you feel, the healthier your body. The more joyful you feel, the more abundant your experience. The more joyful you feel, the more love you get to witness and perceive and project and share.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

I don’t give a fuck about what those people think about me! I don’t give a fuck about what my parents think about me! I don’t give a fuck about what people on the internet think about me! I don’t give a fuck!

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and decide to give no fucks today!

The reason that I use “I don’t give a fuck” as a mental code is because I have so many fucks to give! But with practice, we can train ourselves to care less about what other people are doing and thinking, and more about what we’re doing and thinking.

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and say it: I don’t give a fuck!

Practice this feeling! Practice the feeling of being carefree and not caring about what other people think. All that matters is what you think. And today, you are in control of your vibration. You have your shit together. And this is the best day of your life!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

See if you can really access that feeling of being carefree. Of not worrying about what other people are thinking. Of not caring about how you’re perceived. Like Rumi says, destroy your reputation! Live where you fear to live!

Breathe in and follow your bliss today.
Breathe out and put joy first.

Put joy above all. And when you feel carefree, and in love with yourself, joy is natural. it’s your natural state of being. It’s underneath all the thoughts. Joy is who you are! Joy is the same thing as feeling love. When you feel joyful you love life!

Breathe in and return to your natural state of being!
Breathe out and feel carefree today! Play with your day!

Decide this is the best day of your life! Decide you will live this day to the fullest! This day, this moment, is the main event. Let it be fun! Let it be easy! And you can do that by letting go of all of your fucks and just choosing to feel joy.

Yes to the airplane flying by. Yes to the tension in my back. Yes to the hour of the day. Yes to the full moon. Yes to the nagging thoughts that want to creep back in. Yes to the good mood. To the stark contrast from yesterday. Yes to feeling rushed. Yes to feeling like I’m running out of time. Yes to slowing down. Yes to watching my breath. Yes to beautiful colors.

Breathe in and accept it all.
Breathe out and embrace it all.

Step back from the polarities of likes and dislikes. Go back to I AM.

Remember who you are. You are the creator!

As you go about your day, remember that feeling is the secret. And that whatever you want, you’ve gotta feel that way first. Yesterday, I felt like I just couldn’t get my shit together. So I decided, I have my shit together!

Breathe in and just decide: I have my shit together!
Breathe out and feel the feeling of having your shit together!

Feel the feeling of being on top of the world! Of being totally confident. Of being ready to face whatever challenges life brings.

Breathe in and be totally confident!
Breathe out and command it: I have my shit together!

I have my shit together! All you have to do is decide it and feel the feeling of having it. And suddenly, that’s the way it is!

Breathing in I have my shit together!
Breathing out I have my shit together!

Use this mental code whenever you start worrying about what other people are doing. Whenever you start judging what other people are doing. What you’re actually judging is yourself. And when you’re worried about what other people are doing, it means you’re worried about what you’re doing. So just decide right now:

Breathing in I have my shit together!
Breathing out I have my shit together!

And when you feel that feeling of being ready, of being totally confident in yourself, you’ll start to notice competence in other people! You’ll start to notice that they’re pulling their shit together too!

Breathe in and become it to see it!
Breathe out and notice you’re already here.

You have your shit together! There’s nothing else to worry about!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and remember you’re the creator and you have your shit together!

Allow yourself to step into this perspective of perfection today. Remember that feeling is the secret. And if you want to live the life you want, you must feel like you already have it!

Breathe in and feel the feeling of total perfection!
Breathe out and practice that feeling right now.

What do you feel like when life is totally perfect? When you don’t want to change a thing? How does your body feel? How do your thoughts feel?

Breathe in and generate that feeling of total perfection!
Breathe out and know: It’s already totally perfect, wow!

This is the best day of your life! Let yourself plant some seeds for the future by feeling that feeling of perfection right now. And then you’ll feel the way you want to feel, and your future will be full of perfect synchronicities!

Breathe out and exhale longer than you inhale.

While you’re practicing this feeling of total perfection, you can also modulate your breath so that your body starts feeling better and better too.

Breathe in through your nose.
Breathe out and exhale longer than you inhale. Keep breathing out. Keep letting all that stale air go.

You’re in the right place at the right time. Focus on the total perfection of this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out feel totally perfect, wow!

Keep focusing on your breathing. In through your nose. And out through your nose longer than you inhale. Keep breathing out. Keep letting go of all of the stale energy. Empty your lungs entirely.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out through your nose, longer than you inhale. Keep letting it all go.

Breathe in and know the total perfection of this moment.
Breathe out and feel that feeling in your body.

What would you feel like if everything was perfect? If you had the right amount of money, if your relationships were all doing well, if your health was the best it’s ever been—how would you feel?

Breathe in and look at your reality.
Breathe out and say, “It’s already totally perfect, wow!”

It’s already totally perfect, wow!

Keep practicing this feeling today, while you modulate your breath.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and know: It’s already totally perfect!

To practice this throughout the day, just attach a few words to your breath like,

Breathing in, it’s already totally perfect, wow!
Breathing out, it’s already totally perfect, wow!
Breathing out, it’s already totally perfect, wow!

Whatever you say when you breathe out, just say it twice, and then you’ll be exhaling longer than you inhale. And you’ll be letting all of that stale energy out, making room for fresh energy, fresh oxygen, in your cells, in your being.

Breathe in and know it’s already totally perfect, wow!
Breathe out and feel that total perfection right now.

Just keep saying this to yourself, over and over, and really try to feel the feeling of total perfection. In this moment, everything is perfect and in its place. You don’t have to change a thing about yourself, about your circumstances, or about anyone else. Feeling is the secret. You become it, and then you see it. So if you can feel the way you want to feel now, you’ll see it reflected. And it won’t even matter that you’re getting all the miracles and manifestations you wanted, because you’ll already have what you truly want which is to feel good, to like your life as it is, right here, right now, without having to change a thing.

You Get to Feel Lazy! (transcript)

Think about what you want, right now. First things first: What do you want?

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and really pinpoint what it is that you want.

Now think about how you would feel if you got that thing. I would feel empowered, in the flow, magickal. Excited to be alive. Strong, but mostly empowered. How would you feel?

Breathe in and imagine how you would feel if you got what you wanted.
Breathe out and feel that feeling right now.

I want to feel empowered! When I’m empowered, I feel attractive, I feel quick, I feel in the flow. I feel like life is living me. I feel excited to be me. And I feel like I’m magickal, like I’m working magick. Like I am co-creating with the universe and it is so fun and so powerful.

Breathe in and think about how you want to feel.
Breathe out and feel that way right now.

If you want to feel empowered, like you’re connected to universal energy, like the flow is flowing through you—if you want that feeling, just say yes to what is!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

But not just any yes to what is. Feel enthusiastic when you say yes! Whatever it is, even if it’s something you don’t like, say yes to it.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

Whatever it is, perhaps you’ve done something you wish you hadn’t, or maybe you’re waiting for some news, or whatever it is that’s happening in your reality, there’s always going to be something that you don’t quite like, because it’s not perfect. You’d be dead if it was perfect. You want preferences, you want to know the contrast so you know what you want. But if you can say yes enthusiastically to everything in your reality, you will be co-creating with life, you will be in the flow and you will be empowered to work your magick!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

Yes I’m feeling lazy. Yes I’m judging myself. Yes I’m judging myself! Yes I feel lazy! Yes! I am judging myself! Yes I am regretting! Yes I am regretting things!

Can you feel what that feels like, to get excited about those things you think you don’t like? You are on an adventure in physical reality and your turn will be up soon. Nobody knows when, but your turn will come to an end and things will change and there will be a new cycle and who knows what happens to our consciousness when our turns are up.

But think about everything in your life like you GET to do it. You get to feel regret. You get to judge yourself! You get to feel lazy! None of these things happen in the perfection of infinite love and god! We came to physical reality to experience things like regret and judgement and laziness. Because then we get to know the other side of them. What’s the other side?

The other side of regret is satisfaction or maybe pride. Instead of, “I regret doing that,” “I’m proud of myself for doing that.” You couldn’t feel proud of yourself if you couldn’t feel regret. Judgement: “If I didn’t judge myself, I wouldn’t know what it’s like to love myself unconditionally. And if I didn’t feel lazy, I wouldn’t know what it feels like to feel energized and in the flow. And enthusiastically having a wind!”

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel excited! You get to be here! You get to cook dinner! You get to get up early! You get to go to work! You get to experience life and death! You get to experience loss and gain! You get to experience judgement and love and regret and satisfaction and laziness and energy!

Breathe in and feel so grateful for the whole process!
Breathe out and celebrate that you’re here right now, taking your turn at physical reality!

It’s like you’re playing a game and it’s your turn, right now! You get to enjoy it, all of it!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and be enthusiastic! Say yes with enthusiasm and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you for this experience, for this fun game!

Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let go of your resistance.

Let the fibers of your body relax. Let the fibers of your thoughts relax.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and know: This is the right place and the right time and you’re doing everything right!

You can trust the process of life. The more you let go, the more it flows, so today, we’re going to let go of trying to control. And just say yes to what is.

Breathe in and trust life! Life is on your side!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences! You don’t know what’s best for your ultimate goal!

You don’t really know! That thing that you want, it might not be the best thing for you. But life knows! You can trust life. And whatever happens is what is best. Whatever happens is happening in your favor.

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and believe in yourself!

You’re the creator! You are magickal! You are doing everything right! Just remember that feeling is the secret. What is it that you want today?

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and hold that image in your mind. What do you want?

I want to feel successful. And I want to feel totally confident. And I want this call to go flawlessly! And when this call goes flawlessly, I will feel totally confident and I will feel successful! Now ask yourself, whatever it is that you want, how will you feel when you get it?

Breathe in and think about how you’ll feel.
Breathe out and generate that feeling inside of you right now.

I want to feel totally confident and successful. What do you want to feel?

Breathe in and know: This is your power, to choose to become it, and then you see it.
Breathe out and become that feeling right now.

I am totally confident! I am already successful!

Breathe in and become that feeling that you want!
Breathe out and generate that feeling in you.

If you can feel the feeling of getting what you want first, it has no choice but to come. It might come in a totally different way than you want. It might come bigger than you ever imagined. However it comes, it will be for the greatest good. It will be in your favor. And it will be way better than you imagined!

Breathe in and choose the feeling now!
Breathe out and be totally confident in your ability as the creator to create the reality you want to live in!

Feeling is the secret! Let go of control. Let go of trying to control the printout of reality. It doesn’t matter. It’s like looking in the mirror, and trying to change what you see in the mirror by moving things around in the mirror. You just can’t do it. You have to change the source of the reflection. And that source of the reflection is you!

Breathe in and feel empowered! You’re the creator!
Breathe out and be the source!

Whatever you want, start feeling as if you have it right now! Be totally confident in your ability as the creator!

Breathe in and be totally confident!
Breathe out and know you’re already successful!

What you want is on the way but it doesn’t even matter because you feel the way you want to feel right now. You are in your power. You are present in this moment, and now today, everything will be fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Curious Instead of Furious (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Let yourself enter this present moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Know that you have the power to connect at any time, and the next right action will present itself.

Breathe in and connect to your breath.
Breathe out and put your attention on your breath.

This is the best day of your life! It’s time to start enjoying it right now! And the way you do that is by taking your attention off of your thoughts and putting it on what is, in the present moment.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Say yes to what is right now. When you say yes to what is, you validate yourself, because you are your reality. You are what you perceive. We are all one, and what you can look at, that’s you!

Breathe in and say yes to what is and validate yourself!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

This is how you validate yourself! By saying yes to what you see and not resisting it. Not reacting, not hating. You can still hate and dislike, but when you say YES, it means you accept it and you embrace it and you’re curious about it!

Breathe in and be curious about it!
Breathe out and that’s what you can do when you’re furious. Be curious instead of furious!

Breathe in and become aware of what you’re feeling!
Breathe out and be curious about what you’re feeling.

When you get angry—when you get angry at your partner, or the president, or your world—when you’re angry at what is, train yourself to become curious instead of furious.

Breathe in and be curious about the world! It’s all unfolding perfectly!
Breathe out and say yourself, “How can this be unfolding perfectly? How is this already perfect? How can I feel like this is already perfect? Wow!”

Breathe in and say yes to what is! That’s how!
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Any time you start to beat yourself up, be curious instead of furious! Any time you get angry at what other people believe, get curious instead of furious!

Breathe in and celebrate! Life is fun! Life is an adventure!
Breathe out and give yourself love. You are so brave for being here, for playing this game! You are SO BRAVE!

This is wild! This—no one even knows what this is! But we’re here, and we’re connected, and we’re having fun in the present moment. In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and be curious about what is!
Breathe out and let the fury go!

That is how you can say yes to what is, if just saying the words doesn’t work for you. When you notice yourself getting angry, getting furious, say to yourself, “I’m getting curious, not furious!”

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

Yes to the plane flying by. Yes to my nagging thoughts that I didn’t do a good enough job! Yes to all that I learned from doing that. Yes to learning from mistakes. Yes to getting better at riding the flow every time! We’re all learning to surf in this experiment? Adventure?

Breath in and be curious!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

Let yourself enjoy what is! You can be curious about it all. And it doesn’t make you any less of a good person to be curious instead of furious. You are a good person! You came here! You’re doing this! You’re present in the moment and you know you are love, yeah love!

Breathe in and say yes to yourself!
Breathe out and say yes to yourself!

You deserve it! You deserve a little enthusiasm about yourself!

You are so successful. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and keep up the good work!
Breathe out and be curious instead of furious and you’ll be saying yes to what is, and validating yourself!
