Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Everything in your life is happening in your favor. And in the moment that something happens and you resent it or resist it, remind yourself, thank you. Thank you. I know this is in my favor. And you will see it truly is in your favor. It really is a miracle happening for you. Your life is nothing but miracles.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and believe in your power.

Yesterday I recorded a video where I was resentful and jealous and so mad and so frustrated. But by the end, I reminded myself thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. And I caught that feeling for just a glimmer for a brief moment. And now today I feel so much better and it has been revealed why the things I was resenting were in my favor. I feel better about it. I feel relief. It took less than 24 hours for me to discover life already is the way I want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and feel your power as the creator, as the source of your life experience.

You become it and then you see it. Life reflects you. You have to take the first step to feeling better, and then the miracles start flowing. You cannot wait for life to change to change the way you feel. You choose it right now.

Breathe in and choose the way you want to feel right now.
Breathe out and feel that gratitude in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I’m so relieved. Thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up. The power is in your heart.
Breathe out and trust in your ability to generate the circumstances you desire.

It’s not complicated. It’s not serious. You can choose to become it then see it.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and feel that feeling right now.

Love and connection and gratitude and joy. All of those are already yours. The trick is to remember that what you experience in life is not your reason for feeling good or feeling bad. It’s just a reflection of you and when you get lost in experience, you forget your power. But when you withdraw your attention from the objects of experience and place that attention on the source within, pure awareness, you forget all of the problems in your life and you remember you’re one with god. You’re one with all that is. You’re one with awareness or life energy—whatever you want to call it. The thing that’s bigger than all of us. The common thread. The thing we all share together. Awareness or love.

When you place your attention on this awareness, which is really easy, the thoughts fall away. The problems fall away and you feel that relief that there is something bigger than you, caring for you, loving you, holding you.

Breathe in and be one with all that is today.
Breathe out and let your petty problems go.

You get so caught up in them. So tangled in the problems, in the resistance—but you can banish it all with thank you. You can reconnect to the source within you and then you don’t need anything in your life to change. You don’t need money, health, love, relationships. You don’t need anything but that connection to god. Never forget the only thing missing ever is god.

Breathe in and reclaim your power today
Breathe out and be at your most powerful ever.

You’ve made it through so much. You have survived so much. You have overcome so much. You really can let your life be easy. You will still have ups and downs because you’ll still have good things happen that you get attached to, and when they’re gone you’ll feel bad, but you always have the ability to go within again, reconnect to your source and generate the miracles that make you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and see this as your power, your confidence, your knowing: “Yes I am aware. When I am aware I have no problems. My mind is not agitated so I am at peace. I notice no lack so I am happy. And I’m not separate from those I love so I am love itself. I am in love. I am the source of love right now.”

Breathe in and be so powerful today.
Breathe out and enjoy your day being the source, being in power, being confident life already is the way you want it to be.

Nothing Is Ever Transformed By A Negative Mind (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor, thank you.

All of those things you’re resisting right now, say thank you, and you’ll see them transform into things that are definitely happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome judgment. Welcome frustration, welcome irritation, welcome hatred, disgust, distaste. Welcome anger, welcome being pissed off, welcome.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and smile, just welcome what is.

Let it wash over you. Let yourself sit with what is instead of running away from it, trying to escape it.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and do it now.

Yes, I’m judging. Yes, I feel taken advantage of. Yes, I feel disrespected. Yes, I feel mad. Yes, I feel so judgmental. Yes, I’m so mad at people being stupid. Yes, I am so mad.

Breathe in and welcome the anger.
Breathe out and smile, it can help you lighten up just a little bit.

Yes, I’m dissatisfied, yes, I’m disappointed, yes, I am fucking frustrated, yes, I am so repulsed. Yes, I am repulsed, yes, I am just so pissed.

Breathe in and feel the anger in your body.
Breathe out and just feel the anger or whatever it is you’re feeling in your body.

Feels like heartburn, feels like I wanna explode, it feels like I just wanna lash out and punch something. It feels like pent up energy.

Breathe in and notice the trapped energy.
Breathe out and remind yourself: what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Breathe in and notice it’s only the thoughts making you feel bad.
Breathe out and notice your mind resisting.

It’s only the thoughts that make you feel bad and if you don’t think about it, a miracle can come. But if you’re thinking about it, you’re perpetuating the thing you don’t want.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Ask yourself right now, am I having the experience of simply being? Yes, I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

My mind doesn’t trust that miracles can come. My mind feels responsible for all this stupidity. My mind feels taken advantage of. My mind feels resentful. Resentful, that’s what it is. I’m so resentful, I resent so much.

Breathe in and acknowledge your resentment.
Breathe out and feel around for what the opposite would be.

What is the opposite of resentment? Maybe admiration, how about admiration?

Breathe in and admire yourself.
Breathe out and admire what you can.

I admire myself for getting up another day and going through the motions another day. I admire the people in my life who do hard things, even though I would never do them. I admire the people who have gone through so much and yet still have a good attitude. I admire the people who are able to survive no matter what life throws at them.

Breathe in and feel yourself calming down.
Breathe out and smile. It’s not serious, it doesn’t matter.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious, it doesn’t matter.
Breathe out and ask again, am I aware?

Can you switch from the foreground to the background? Can you switch from the content of your experience to the background of experience, pure awareness?

Breathe in and ask, am I simply being?
Breathe out and notice your frustration with these self-inquiry practices.

If you’re frustrated and you can’t get away from your anger or resentment, go back to thank you, it always works.

Breathe in and say thank you for the things bothering you.
Breathe out and remember it’s in your favor.

Write it down today, the things you resent, the things that are against you, the things that are bothering you, write them down. I resent this situation. Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Thank you, feel when it flips in your heart. Feel that switch turning, thank you, I know it’s in my favor. The situation that I resent so much, thank you, I know it’s in my favor, thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and know that the miracles will come.

“Nothing is ever transformed by a negative mind.” That’s an Osho quote, but it’s true. If you can start feeling optimistic with thank you, and even if you don’t know why it’s in your favor, if you can just feel that subtle optimism for a moment, the miracles will start flowing. You will see how it’s in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Thank you, I do, I know that. I know from life experience it’s in my favor. And even though I don’t like it today, if I write it down and let it go, I will see, life already is the way I want it to be. I will see it actually is in my favor. I don’t know how, but I will see.

Be The One Who Is Missed (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. It’s safe to let the thoughts go.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and feel your body relax.

Life is not serious. The only problems are in the mind.
Allow yourself to surrender your thoughts and fully wake up in the now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Whatever is happening in your life that’s annoying, that’s an inconvenience, that’s frustrating, say thank you, because it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you and feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you for the fucked up, sink stopper drain that I can’t fix. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for the allergies and the sick feeling in my stomach. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for the longing, the missing other people. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for the sudden change in my mood from really good to crabby. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you for the inconveniences.
Breathe out and feel lighter already.

It’s not serious. Whatever it is that’s stuck in your mind as bothering you, say thank you and let it move on. Let the solution come. Let the miracle come.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and feel more innocent already.

Thank you. Thank you. We are full of so many judgments and opinions, anger, frustration, negative emotion. We can surrender it all and feel better right now with thank you. Reclaim your innocence. Remember who you really are. Just love experiencing love. That’s all it is. It’s all love.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come.
Breathe out and smile because it always helps you feel better.

Thank you. Thank you for the uneasiness I feel. Thank you for the jealousy I feel. Thank you for the jealousy that I feel. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for the jealousy that I feel. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source.
Breathe out and remember your magick today.

Give your jealous of what someone else has or what someone else is doing, say thank you and remember it’s in your favor. Thank you for the jealousy I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source.
Breathe out and be your own reason for feeling good.

What is it you’re jealous of? I’m jealous of someone else getting the best of someone and I get the worst. I’m jealous of giving too much and it still isn’t enough and then other people get to reap the rewards of what I’ve given. I’m jealous that other people get to enjoy what I’ve given and I don’t.

Breathe in and say thank you for the jealousy.
Breathe out and know it’s in your favor.

What is it you want anyway? I just want to feel loved. Feel good about myself. Not care so much what other people are doing. I want to be the type of person who is a magnet for love and fun and doesn’t get too attached to other people or circumstances. I want to be the one who all the people are clamoring for that everyone wants to spend time with. Not the one just watching from the doorway waving as someone drives away. I want to be the one who’s missed not the one missing. I want to be the one who’s missed.

Breathe in and acknowledge what you want.
Breathe out and be the one who is missed.

How do you be the one who is missed?

Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and know that’s how you do it.

You just align with god. You just become one with god, then you’re the one that people think is the source but it’s just because you’re god. It’s just because you’re connected to god and people look at you and see love and they think, “Wow, I want that. I want to be around that.” But they just are looking for a connection to god and that’s what I miss and that’s what I need to do is just connect to god and then I’ll be the one who’s missed. And then nothing will be missing from my life because the only thing that’s ever missing is god. It’s the same answer every time.

Breathe in and remember the only thing ever missing is god.
Breathe out and be connected with god right now.

You do that by asking, “Am I aware?” or “Am I having the experience of simply being?” You do it by surrendering the thoughts. You’re already god. It’s only the thoughts that are the clouds blocking the sun.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, yes I am, and when I am aware I have no problems.

My mind is not agitated so I’m at peace. I don’t notice lack so I’m happy and I’m not separate from anyone so I am love itself.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel the clouds parting and the sunshine returning.

You are the sunshine you’re looking for. You are the source. And when you ask, “Am I aware?” and rest as you are, practicing the presence of god, everything is perfect and in its place and life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, am I having the experience of simply being?
Breathing out, yes, I am simply being. I am practicing the presence of god. There is nothing missing and I am the one who is missed.

Are You Having The Experience Of Simply Being? (transcript)

Breathe in and get a fresh start right now.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream right now.

Are you aware? Are you awake? Are you present?

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and relax your body.

It always comes when you relax. Just let go. Whatever it is you’re worried about, whatever moving parts are stressing you out, decide right now to let life work it out.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you for the miracles today. Thank you, thank you. You become it and then you see it. You become the feeling that you want to see.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you, thank you. Anytime you start worrying or wondering what’s going to happen or getting anxious about the future, combat it all with thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Whatever it is you’re stressed about, just pretend it already worked out. Say thank you and feel that feeling in your heart and then let it go. That’s all you need to manifest.

Breathe in and change the trajectory of your entire life.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

You’re becoming it. You’re becoming what you want right now. Thank you, thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the miracles. Thank you for the love. Thank you for the health. Thank you for the abundance. Thank you.

Breathe in and enjoy this moment as it is.
Breathe out and remember presence is your superpower.

Once you’ve let go of your anxieties with thank you, once you’ve flipped that switch and felt thank you in your heart, just relax into the present moment. Every time those worries come back, thank you. And if you’re getting tied up in your thoughts and they keep coming back, which they always do, try this new technique that I learned from Rupert Spira’s new book, I think it’s called The Shining of Being:

Breathe in and relax into right now.
Breathe out and ask yourself, am I having the experience of simply being right now?

Breathe in and investigate. Am I having the experience of simply being?
Breathe out and genuinely look.

Right now, am I having the experience of simply being? Yes, you are, yes, I am.

Breathe in and notice that you are simply being.
Breathe out and rest in that sensation, that awareness, that knowing that you are being, that you exist, that you are.

Breathe in and have the experience of simply being.
Breathe out and allow this question to anchor you in the present moment.

Just exist, simply being. Just feel that sensation, that emanation of presence coming from you.

Breathe in and have the experience of simply being.
Breathe out and relax into the experience of simply being.

You don’t need anything to manifest or change when you are simply being. When you are simply being and you’re aware of it, you’re at peace because your mind isn’t agitated. You’re happy because you’re not focused on lack and you’re in love because you’re one with everything, all being.

Breathe in and ask, am I having the experience of simply being?
Breathe out and rest in the knowing. Yes, I am having the experience of simply being right here, right now.

I am aware that I am simply being and I am now in the flow.

Right now, whatever you need help for or help with, just ask god to replace you and you’ll know your actions are all the right actions. Thank you god for replacing me with you.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

You can trust the process of life. You can trust you’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. But it’s the over thinking, the worrying, the anxiety that makes us suffer.Today, let the thoughts go, trust a miracle can happen and let go of control.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Thank you god for replacing me with you. Thank you god for replacing me with you.

Surrender your separate self right now. Surrender thinking you know better than god. Surrender thinking that you can control anything. Everything ever created led up to right now. Do you know how many variables went into this moment? It’s not by chance, it’s not random, but you cannot control it. You have no control other than letting go. Your small little mental forcing doesn’t do anything.

Breathe in and give up.
Breathe out and surrender.

Just quit. Quit. I give up. I surrender. Thank you god for replacing me with you.

Breathe in and let go of those responsibilities.
Breathe out and trust a miracle can happen today.

Trust a miracle can happen and if something happens that you don’t like, say thank you because it could be the miracle that you’ve been waiting for.

Breathe in and surrender your preferences.
Breathe out and stop trying to control everything and everyone.

Just let go. Surrender. Say I quit and go take a nap.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you god for replacing me with you.

Thank you god for replacing me with you. Get out of the way. Get out of the way. You think you can control but you don’t control anything. Life takes care of life. Fruit matures on its own. Naturally. You can’t explain life or how things happen. You just have to get out of the way.

Breathe in and let god take care of you.
Breathe out and surrender the control so that you can be cared for.

When you give up the control, the overthinking, the anxiety, the worrying, when you give up this illusion of control and surrender, god fills in the space with miracles. That’s the default state. It’s just the worrying, the overthinking, the wishing for what you don’t want, that pins these problems into place. Right now, surrender. Let the problems solve themselves.

Breathe in and stop being so responsible for everything.
Breathe out and let go of control with thank you god for replacing me with you.

Thank you god for replacing me with you. Thank you god for replacing me with you. That’s all you have to do. Then you know your actions are guided by god. You know that everything you do is right. You know that you are taken care of and that you can do no wrong.

Let Awareness Dissolve Addiction (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

I know you’re thinking about something else right now. Let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and ask yourself, where’s my awareness?
Breathe out and investigate, where is my awareness?

Ask yourself, is my awareness in my hair? Feel your attention instantly travel to your hair.

Breathe in and ask yourself, is my awareness in my toenails?
Breathe out and notice your attention instantly traveling to your toenails.

You don’t have to try, you don’t have to practice.

You just ask the question, and you’re instantly aware of your hair or your toenails, or whatever other body part you ask: is my awareness in my heart? Is my awareness in my arms? Is my awareness in my eyes?

Breathe in and notice your awareness.
Breathe out and ask yourself, am I aware?

Just like when you ask, is my awareness in my toenails? When you ask, am I aware? Your attention immediately goes to your awareness without having to work or practice or do anything. It happens instantly with the question.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.

Feel your attention resting on your awareness. Your awareness is everywhere and everything. Your mind can’t really understand what it is because awareness holds your mind. Awareness is much bigger than your mind, it’s infinite.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and genuinely look, am I aware?

Breathe in and trust this question.
Breathe out and know this question bears immediate fruit.

Miracles will come when you’re asking this question. When life gets rocky, when you have problems, when you’re overwhelmed and you can’t think yourself into a solution, ask yourself, am I aware? And let your attention rest on your awareness. If you can trust this technique, you will be rewarded with miracles and relief, relaxation, faith in god.

Breathe in and try it, am I aware?
Breathe out and get addicted to awareness instead of whatever thoughts you’re thinking.

Whenever you notice the thought of, “I want this, what can I have? What can I take? What can I change? What’s wrong?” Just ask, am I aware? Get addicted to asking, am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware?

Breathe in and choose awareness over addiction.
Breathe out and let the awareness dissolve the addiction.

Let the awareness dissolve the addiction. Let the awareness dissolve the addiction.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and remember you don’t need anything in the world to make you feel better or more whole.

You’re already whole. And when you simply identify as pure awareness, you don’t need anything to change. You’re happy because you don’t notice lack. You’re at peace because your mind’s not agitated. And you are love itself because you don’t notice separation.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Devote yourself to this practice for just a few minutes.

See what miracles come and see if you can get addicted to awareness and drop those thoughts for good.

As you go about your day, remind yourself: Anytime something happens that you think is happening against you, remind yourself, thank you. I know this is in my favor. Thank you. Flip the switch.

Breathe in and flip the switch right now.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Have you ever heard that story? It’s like a parable where there’s a farmer and he has a son and the son breaks his leg and the neighbors say, oh, that’s awful. And the farmer says, maybe. And then they come to recruit for the military, for the war, but they can’t take the son because he broke his leg. And the neighbors say, wow, that’s great. And the farmer says, maybe. And on and on and on. Every good can lead to a bad and every bad can lead to a good. Whatever is happening in your life, do not judge it as it is. Just say thank you and wait for the miracle.

Breathing in, maybe.
Breathing out, maybe.

Whenever your mind starts chattering about how bad something is: maybe.

Whenever your mind starts chattering about how good something is: maybe.

Breathe in and stop being tossed around by the ups and downs.
Breathe out and remember there’s no satisfaction in the world.

If it makes you feel good, it will make you feel bad. And if it makes you feel bad, it will make you feel good.

Breathe in and find the satisfaction within.
Breathe out and stop getting so mixed up in experience.

It’s going to be ups and downs and ups and downs for the rest of your life. It doesn’t matter if you’re rich or poor or healthy or sick. The ups and downs affect everyone. Everyone gets equally tossed around in this world. All you can do is withdraw your attention from the ups and downs and place it on the pure awareness within you. That pure awareness is god, the presence of god. That pure awareness is where you can rest and enjoy being alive without being so dragged around by the ups and downs.

Breathe in and bring your attention within.
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

That is where you can rest in awareness. Awareness is the presence of god and that is what you are.

Breathe in and find that satisfaction within.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

It’s only the thoughts making you feel bad. In life, everything just happens. It just unfolds and the mind labels it as good or bad. But you can reply to every good with maybe, every bad with maybe, or you can choose thank you and know it’s all happening in your favor. It’s all leading you to the presence of god, which you are right now. You already made it. You’re already here.

Breathe in and lighten up. Today is supposed to be fun.
Breathe out and smile. It’s all happening in your favor.

Even the big blowout fights, the big major disasters, they’re all in your favor. And the sooner you can say thank you and really feel it, the sooner you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And I’m now in the flow.

And if am I aware? isn’t hitting for you today, that means your contrast isn’t so great that you’re willing to try anything. If your life is going smoothly or you don’t have much to complain about, relax with thank you and just enjoy it. Just relax. And when you get desperate, go to am I aware? And it’ll save your life.

There Is No Satisfaction To Be Found In The World (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, and really feel it in your heart, thank you.

It’s all happening in your favor. It’s all unfolding perfectly. And even those things that you think are happening against you, they’re happening in your favor. And if you can feel thank you in your heart, you will see so quickly life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and keep your mind and thoughts off this world.
Breathe out and remember, there is no satisfaction to be found in the world.

All of your suffering is coming from seeking for something to change. Your suffering is coming from thinking about what you would prefer instead, what you don’t like. All of this thinking about the world is making you suffer. But there is no satisfaction in the world.

Breathe in and find the satisfaction within.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

Nothing in the world is ever going to make you feel better. It’s not going to make you any happier. It’s not going to bring you any more peace. The world is change. The world is ups and downs. If you feel good from something in the world, you’ll feel bad from something in the world. Get off the roller coaster.

Breathe in and realize there’s no satisfaction to be found in the world.
Breathe out and be so relieved.

There’s no satisfaction to be found in the world. You don’t have to wait for something to change, to feel better. You don’t have to wait to get what you want, to feel better. You don’t have to wait for people to act right, to feel better. You can just relax knowing nothing’s ever going to make you feel better in the world. No change is really going to bring you lasting happiness. The only satisfaction comes from within.

Breathe in and stop looking to the world for satisfaction.
Breathe out and really feel so relieved.

You don’t have to look to the world for satisfaction anymore. You don’t have to get things done on your to-do list to be satisfied. You don’t have to cook a healthy dinner to be satisfied. You don’t have to wait for your family to do something different to feel better. You will be satisfied when you look within, when you rest your attention on god, the presence of god, that’s what you really are.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and really look.

When you really look, you stop thinking. You drop your attention to the thoughts that are making you suffer. When you really inquire, am I aware? You can almost feel the hum or the buzz of your attention resting on itself, resting on the presence of god.

Breathe in and be the presence of god.
Breathe out and rest here in the presence of god.

That’s who you really are. When you drop your attention to the thoughts and rest as presence, that’s what is satisfying. That’s where the satisfaction is. You already have it right here.

Breathe in and stop looking to the world for satisfaction.
Breathe out and know you already have it inside of you.

And the best part is that when you remember, there’s no satisfaction to be found in the world and you recognize that you can only find it by practicing the presence of god or being present—The second you drop your attention to all of those resistant thoughts, the things you want start coming to you. You start getting what you want right away as soon as you stop looking to get what you want to feel better and you feel better on your own, the things you wanted come to you. You become it and then you see it.

Breathe in and feel your power today.
Breathe out and feel so excited because you got your power back.

You don’t have to look to the world for satisfaction. It’s already right here. You can access it by asking, am I aware? and resting as that aware presence. And then the things you want come to you and you don’t even really care because you know the secret, it was inside of you all along.

Let The Miracle Come (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Right now, become aware of what you’re thinking.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Remember, your work is to relax. No amount of frantic scurrying and hurrying is going to ever come close to the miracles that will happen when you relax.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust god, the universe, life, whatever you want to call it.

You can trust this higher power, this thing that’s greater than your mind. It is you, but your mind makes you feel separate.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust you’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Trust it’s all unfolding perfectly. Let go of control.

Breathe in and acknowledge everything you want to control.
Breathe out and really feel how out of control you feel right now, noticing how much you want to control.

Breathe in and just notice the feeling of being out of control.
Breathe out and welcome the feeling of being out of control.

You want things to go a certain way and you feel completely responsible for making them go that way. But life is going to do what life is going to do. No matter what you think, you cannot control what happens. All you can control is your own perspective, the way you look at things.

Breathe in and acknowledge how much you want to control.
Breathe out and welcome all the things you want to control.

Yes, I want to control what other people are putting in their bodies. Yes, I want to control what I’m putting in my body. Yes, I want to control the timing of things. Yes, I want to control when things happen. Yes, I want to control when I go places. Yes, I want to control what other people are doing.

Breathe in and acknowledge all that you want to control.
Breathe out and listen to yourself.

Do you hear yourself wanting to control everything? Do you hear yourself wanting to control what other people are doing? What if someone controlled what you were doing? You wouldn’t want that.

Breathe in and let the other people be.
Breathe out and just let them. Let them do what they’re going to do.

You have to get into alignment and then it’s reflected in the other people. You don’t control people by telling them what to do. You don’t control people by manipulating them. You control by letting go of trying to control.

Breathe in and let yourself relax.
Breathe out and let go of trying to control today.

Your only job is to relax and trust it’s all unfolding perfectly. If you need a mantra, it’s thank you. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and smile because you know it’s true.
Breathe out and feel a little bit of relief.

You know it’s true. You know that when you’ve tried everything and you finally give up, that’s when the miracle comes. Today, finally give up. Let the miracle come.

Breathe in and give up control.
Breathe out and let the miracle come today.

You cannot compete with the process of life. You cannot compete with everything ever created leading up to right now. It’s all happening automatically. Whether you think about it or not, you cannot control what happens. You can only control how you look at things.

Breathe in and look at things with gratitude.
Breathe out and look at things with trust and knowing. It’s all unfolding perfectly.

It’s all happening in your favor. And if you can feel that feeling of thank you in your heart, that feeling will be reflected. The things you wanted to control will end up working out in your favor.

Breathe in and welcome the letting go of control.
Breathe out and welcome the surrender.

It’s so much easier. You’ll feel so much better. Let go of control and the miracle will come.

You’re Innocent (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.”

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Just acknowledge what is. Face what is, and it will lose its power. Yes, I am 100% crabby. Yes, I’m so irritated. Yes, I’m so tired. Yes, I’m so mad at myself. Yes, I feel so depressed and like everything is pointless. Yes, I am exhausted. Yes, I am really mad at myself. Yes, I am disappointed. Yes, I am frustrated. Yes, I am so pissed off at myself for doing all of these things to control. And now I’m tired and I have to continue the things I started controlling. Yes, I’m so tired of me trying to control. Yes, I am so tired of trying to control.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and smile because at least smiling can help you feel a little tiny bit better.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile and slow down.

There’s no rush. There’s no hurry. The world is reflecting you. So take the time to take care of yourself. And the world will reflect that.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and take your power back right now.

Breathe in and know it can only reflect you.
Breathe out and decide what you want to project.

Breathe in and imagine getting what you want.
Breathe out and visualize it right now.

I want to be respected. I want to be respected. I want respect. And I know that to get respect, I have to respect myself. And I haven’t been doing that. So now to be the source, I have to choose to respect myself.
Stand up to other people. Stand up to my thoughts. Stop being so easygoing. Stop being such a doormat and saying yes to things I should say no to. I have to respect myself if I want to be respected.

Breathe in and acknowledge what you want.
Breathe out and acknowledge what you know you have to do to get what you want.

If you’re the source, you have to become it to see it. So if you want to be respected, you have to respect yourself. If you want to be loved, you have to love yourself. What better time to start than right now?

Breathe in and respect yourself.
Breathe out and live in integrity with your intuition today.

You know what to do in every moment. You have to choose to do it when you feel uncomfortable.

Breathe in and welcome the discomfort.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck about the discomfort.”

You’ll get to a point where it will become so extreme, the discomfort, that you’ll explode and you’ll stand up for yourself. But instead of making it an explosion, just start little by little in this moment before it becomes a big drama. You can start being the source right now instead of bottling it up until you explode.

Breathe in and acknowledge you are the source of your experience.
Breathe out and simply say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

And it will fix everything in your experience. It will restore the years the locusts have eaten. Thank you. Thank you. The simple phrase to wash away all of your sins. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and remember you’re innocent.
Breathe out and be nice to yourself.

You only try to control because you care and love so much. You only try to control because you want everyone else to be happy before you.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and acknowledge you’re the source.

Wash away your sins with thank you. That’s all you’ve got to do. It’s simple. You can trust it. You can let it be easy. Be the source by feeling thank you in your heart. And it will all resolve itself.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
