You’re Going To Receive It Today (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and say, “Fuck the haters. Who gives a fuck?”

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

This is the best day of your life. Welcome it with open arms. Receive what you wanted today.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you for what is.

Breathe in and welcome everything in front of you.
Breathe out and welcome this moment.

Yes, I’m so distracted. Yes, I am afraid my mic setup is messed up. Yes, I am distracted by my phone. Yes, I’m distracted by my power and the implications of “Thank you.” And if I start feeling the way I want to feel when I receive what I get, then I’m going to get it. And is that what I really want?

Breathe in and welcome what you wanted.
Breathe out and notice having is evidence of wanting.

You are going to get everything that you wanted. And when you receive it, you’re going to be like, “Wow. This feels like nothing. Of course, I’m getting this now. This is the next logical step, of course, but of course, I’m receiving this. I practiced this feeling. I wanted this. I created this.”

Breathe in and feel excited because you created this.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you,” and really feel it.

You created this. You’re going to get what you wanted today.

Breathe in and feel as good as you would feel if you received it.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you,” and really feel it.

Get excited. You’re going to receive it today. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and don’t be overwhelmed by your power.
Breathe out, and you don’t have to be intimidated by your power.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. And today, you are getting what you wanted.

Breathe in and feel excited to receive.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

It works just like this. You decide what you want. You feel the way you would feel if you got it. You forget about it, and then it comes. Your emotion creates. Your feeling creates. Whatever it is you want, just feel that way now. And it will come. It’s already coming. It’s here right now.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you.”
Breathe out and say, “Thank you,” and forget all the other thoughts.

Fuck the haters. Forget all of the doubts. Today, you are receiving. Today, you are being shown evidence of your power. You never have to wonder again. Just say, “Thank you,” and let it come to you.

Be The Miracle (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and remember it’s god’s plan.
Breathe out and surrender.

It’s all going to happen whether you think about it or not.

Breathe in and slow down into your breathing.
Breathe out and surrender trying to control.

It’s not up to you. If god wants you to do something, you’ll be put in the place to do it. You don’t have to think about it. You don’t have to scheme or plan. You can surrender.

Breathe in and let go of the control.
Breathe out and let go of the illusion of control.

It’s not up to you. However you think it’s gonna work out, it’s not going to work out like that.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust you will be in the right place at the right time.

When you’re needed to be somewhere, you’ll be there. When it’s time, it’s time. You don’t have to think about it anymore.

Breathe in and get out of the way.
Breathe out and smile.

You can feel relief now. You’re already doing everything right. You can trust that god or life or the universe or whatever you wanna call it is on your side, guiding your every move, your every breath, putting you where you need to be, when you need to be there, helping you make the decisions you need to make at the time you need to make them.

Breathe in and let go of the worries today.
Breathe out and surrender the caring, the worries, the wondering what you should do.

Wondering, should I do this? Should I do this? I wish I could do this. I wish I could help with this.

Breathe in and trust you are god.
Breathe out and trust in the miracles and the magick and the synchronicities of life.

You don’t have to get involved. You don’t have to strive. You don’t have to struggle. You don’t have to try. All you have to do is trust that you’re in the right place at the right time, that you’re doing everything right. And when it’s time for you to take action, you will know.

Breathe in and know god does everything perfectly.
Breathe out and get out of your own way right now.

Surrender. First, think about what you want. What is it that you want? I want to help someone feel better. I wanna help someone. What do you want?

Breathe in and think about how you’d feel if you got to help someone.
Breathe out and recognize the emotion you’re seeking for.

I wanna feel loved and needed. I wanna feel loved and needed. I want to feel needed, important, like I matter, like I’m wanted.

Breathe in and notice what you wanna feel.
Breathe out and feel that feeling now.

If I wanna feel loved and needed, it usually means my presence is wanted. And when my presence is wanted, that means I’m not present. It means I’m in my head, worrying, thinking, wishing, wondering. If I want my presence to be wanted, it means my presence is wanted by life, by god, by the universe. And it’s simple to be present. And when you’re present, that’s when the miracles come. That’s when you help without trying.

Breathe in and know your presence is wanted.
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

This question is supposed to take your attention off of your thoughts and rest it on the source of who you are. Awareness is who you are. Awareness is what makes up everything. Awareness is god. And when you ask, am I aware? your attention moves from the worries to the awareness. That’s how you become present. That’s how you wake up in the dream. And when you’re present, you’re a magnet for presence, for miracles, for magick.

Breathe in and be a magnet for magick today.
Breathe out and be the miracle that you wanna give someone else.

Be the miracle. And then you are the miracle and they will want you.

Breathe in and be the miracle by asking, am I aware?
Breathe out and welcome the miracles today.

Keep that question on your mind, on your heart. Whenever you notice the overthinking, the worrying, the wondering.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

This question will save you and it will save the people that you want to help.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and trust the answer.

Yes, I am aware. I am now in the flow.

Turn Your Grievances Into Your Powers (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. If you ever feel like you’re being taken for granted, ask yourself if you are taking things for granted first.

Breathe in and be the source of your experience.
Breathe out and turn your grievances into your powers.

Whatever you’re blaming someone else for, that’s what you’re doing. Whatever you’re accusing someone else of doing, that’s what you’re doing. Whatever you are criticizing someone else about, that’s what you’re criticizing about yourself.

Breathe in and look in the mirror.
Breathe out and feel your power returning.

If you feel like someone is wasting your time, are you wasting someone’s time? If you feel like someone’s being mean to you, are you being mean to someone? If you feel like you can’t trust someone, do you have things that people can’t trust about you?

Breathe in and have some integrity today.
Breathe out and take responsibility for how you feel and what you see in your reality.

It’s all you. It’s all a reflection of you.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source.
Breathe out and feel so empowered because you are the source.

If you want people to appreciate you, express appreciation. If you want to be thanked, give thanks. If you want to be loved, give love. You must take the first step. When you look in the mirror, you don’t wait for the reflection to do something before you do something. You move and the thing in the mirror moves. You’re the source. You’re the one making all of this happen. Instead of feeling guilty, you can feel powerful because right now you can change it all. Time is not linear. You can undo the past right now.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and be the source.

You just forgot your magick for a minute. This is your magick. You get to decide. You take the first step. You project what you want to see.

Breathe in and project what you want to see.
Breathe out and feel the feeling right now.

What do you want to see? I want someone to be happy to see me, to smile when they see me, to feel blessed to know me, to feel lucky to get to be around me. I want my presence to be wanted.

Breathe in and project what you want to see.
Breathe out and let your presence be wanted.

If you want to be thanked and appreciated, just feel thank you in your heart. Thank you. If you want your presence to be appreciated, ask, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and be appreciated today.
Breathe out and be the source.

You can either choose thank you and project gratitude and enthusiasm, and then you’ll get that back. Or you can choose, “Am I aware?” And then you’ll project peace and love and stillness and happiness. And that’s what you’ll get back. You can choose other mantras or other effective phrases that make you feel the way you want to feel. It doesn’t even have to be words. You just choose how you want to feel. You feel that way and then you see it reflected.

Breathe in and play the inner game.
Breathe out and win the outer game.

You Have The Power To Change It (transcript)

It can only reflect you.

Breathe in and take your power back today.
Breathe out and remember you’re the source of your experience.

If there are things happening in your life that you don’t like, take responsibility for what you see. Is there anything else in your life that feels that way? Is there anything inside of you that feels that way?

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Yes, I’m in the middle of a made up drama that’s mostly my fault. Yes, I’m in the middle of a drama because I took something personally that I shouldn’t have. Yes, I am terrified that I am going to lose all that I worked for because of my own faults, because of my own misunderstanding, because I took something personally that I shouldn’t have. Yes, I’m so scared to lose what I have.

Breathe in and notice. Does anything else in your life feel like that?
Breathe out and notice. Does anything else in your life feel like you’re afraid to lose what you have, like you’re protecting what you have, like you’re greedy and you don’t have enough?

Breathe in and acknowledge your role in your experience.
Breathe out and welcome your role in your experience.

Just because you’re experiencing something that you don’t want doesn’t mean you’re stuck with it. If you have the power to create it, you have the power to change it.

Breathe in and take back your power.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Am I aware?

When you are aware, you have no problems. When you are aware, your attention does the no-thought thing of shifting from the thoughts to resting on the source of attention.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathe in and ask again, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and welcome the awareness.

Awareness is god. Awareness is what everything is made up of.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Awareness is unconditional love. It doesn’t reject anything. It turns nothing away, no experience, no feeling, no thought.

Breathe in and accept what is as if you’d chosen it.
Breathe out and accept what is as if you had chosen it.

You had chosen things to play out like this so that you can learn, so that you can grow, so that you can have realizations and epiphanies and human experiences, so that you can transcend and transmute and remember who you really are.

Breathe in and take your power back from your experience.
Breathe out and stop letting yourself be tossed around by experience.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Stop letting the roller coaster of experience affect you. Be the source.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

It’s only your thoughts that have been making you feel so bad. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and make space for miracles.
Breathe out and know you’ll never find the answer in the mind.

Let the miracle come. And you do that by asking, “Am I aware?” And resting as you are, pure awareness, just being, accepting what is as if you had chosen it with love.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

I am aware of the mess I’ve made with my thoughts. I am aware I am the source and I have the power to change. I am aware that I am aware and I am now in the flow.

Decide to stop giving a fuck right now.

Breathe in and say I love myself.
Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck.

This is the best day of your life. Only your thoughts are making you feel bad. Whatever it is you’re resisting, say yes to it right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what you’re resisting.
Breathe out and say, I don’t give a fuck about what I’m resisting.

Yes, I feel like I have to do things I don’t want to do. I don’t give a fuck. Yes, I am worried about this tax situation. I don’t give a fuck. Yes, I am fighting with myself in my head. I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck if I receive.

I don’t give a fuck! Today, let go of caring so much about every little thing. Every little thought that crosses your mind. I don’t give a fuck!

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and say it. I don’t give a fuck.

I don’t give a fuck. I don’t give a fuck.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck.

I’m going to have a good day. Whether you like it or not, I’m going to have a good day. Whether I have shit to do or not, I’m going to have a good day. No matter what the thoughts tell me.

Breathe in and bring your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck to all those thoughts that are trying to follow you into this moment.

Banish them all with I don’t give a fuck. I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and say it. I don’t give a fuck.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

To the taxes: I don’t give a fuck. To selling that house: I don’t give a fuck. To dealing with all of this administrative bureaucratic bullshit: I don’t give a fuck. To worrying about what other people think about what I’m going to do later: I don’t give a fuck. To worrying about what other people are doing with their money: I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and say I don’t give a fuck to every thought that’s causing you resistance.
Breathe out and really feel the feeling of not caring.

I don’t give a fuck. And you can feel when you say it. You do still give a very large fuck. For sure. It’s very difficult for me to say I don’t give a fuck about this tax return that I need to do. But what if I didn’t have to care? What if it didn’t matter if I did it or not? I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and smile. You don’t give a fuck today.

Your only job is to feel good and enjoy where you are right now. And if your thoughts are keeping you away from enjoying where you are right now, I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck to every little thought that passes through your pretty little head.

I don’t give a fuck. Embody this energy today. And even if you still give a fuck after trying to practice not caring, that’s okay. You tried to practice the feeling of what it would be like if you didn’t care. And if you didn’t care, it would all work out in your favor and you wouldn’t even care.

Breathe in and say I love myself.
Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck.

You don’t have to care. You can simply enjoy your life, loving being you in this body and not giving a fuck about the rest.

Your intuition is so strong. You always know what to do. Your overthinking, your worrying—It can cover up your intuition. But if you take the time to slow down, to breathe, to flip the switch with thank you, you will see life already is the way you want it to be. And you’re receiving the information you need to make the next right action right now.

Breathe out and let the inspiration flow over you.

It’s the right place. It’s the right time. You’re doing everything right. There’s no need to think, to be clever. You don’t need to worry about the future or overanalyze the past to know exactly what to do next.

Breathe in and smile. That’s exactly what you should do next.

Feel the genuine smile you have when you say thank you and you really, really mean it. Thank you. Thank you. It could be like you’re receiving a compliment. Thank you. Thank you. Yes, I am resisting what is. Yes, I am resisting what is. Yes, I am resisting what is because I don’t like it.

Breathe in and let yourself resist what is.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Who am I who doesn’t like it?”

Who am I who doesn’t like it?

Breathe in and investigate, “Who am I who doesn’t like this?”
Breathe out and really inquire, “Who am I who doesn’t like this?”

Breathe in and see the past coloring the present.
Breathe out and realize your preferences are just something you can’t even help.

It’s just a lifetime of conditioning. It’s just the path of least resistance in your psychology.

Breathe in and be free from your psychology today.
Breathe out and ask, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”

Breathe in and break free from the past.
Breathe out and just be here now.

You don’t have to color the present with the past. You don’t have to let your conditioning interfere with your enjoyment of right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

You don’t have to think about everything. You don’t have to react to everything. You don’t have to let your likes and dislikes toss you around all day.

“I like this. I feel good. I don’t like this. I feel bad. Let me try to change this. Let me try to change what I don’t like.”

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and stop reacting so much.

Thank you, thank you. For the time to slow down and see what’s actually happening. Thank you for the resistance so that I can investigate it and see it’s just an illusion. Thank you.

Breathe in and stop resisting.
Breathe out and keep asking, “Am I aware?”

Just because you want to react to something you don’t like doesn’t mean you have to suffer. You can notice that you’re reacting and you can choose to let it go. You don’t have to think about it. You don’t have to be a victim of your thoughts.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

You don’t have to be tossed around by other people’s preferences, by other people’s expressions. You don’t have to be affected.

Breathe in and choose to not be affected.
Breathe out and let the past go.

You can just bring your attention into this moment and forget the past. Forget what you don’t like. Wake up right here, right now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

God is in this moment. God is right here. Miracles are right here right now. Wake up in this moment.

Breathe in and stop letting other people take your peace.
Breathe out and remember, they’re just a reflection of you and you are the source.

Choose to rest your attention in pure awareness by asking, “Am I aware?” And your mind won’t be so agitated. You won’t notice lack, so you won’t be so unhappy. You won’t be separate from what you love, who you love, so you will feel in love.

Breathe in and get a break from the resisting thoughts.
Breathe out and trust, “Am I aware?”

Trust the holy question. Just because you have likes and dislikes doesn’t mean you have to suffer when you don’t like something or you don’t have what you like. You can rest in awareness and let all of the past go. Your likes and dislikes are just conditioning.

Breathe in and remember who you really are.
Breathe out and enjoy being god in this moment.

You don’t have to suffer anymore. You can simply stay as you are, pure awareness, and enjoy what is right here.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware that I am aware, I have no problems. I am practicing the presence of God, and I am unaffected.

Thank you. Thank you. Everything that’s happening, including your actions, are happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m beating myself up for not having enough energy. Yes, I’m beating myself up for making choices that I don’t agree with. Yes, I am fighting with myself in my head. Yes, I am disappointed about the way I feel. Yes, I don’t like feeling this way. Yes, I am resisting what is.

Breathe in and accept what is as if you’d chosen it.
Breathe out and accept what is as if you had chosen it.

I wanted to be at war with myself. I wanted to see this back and forth in my mind. I wanted to question my own decisions. I wanted for the magick to be gone, for the flavor to be gone. I wanted to be disappointed. I wanted for the spell to be broken. I wanted to break the spell.

Breathe in and let the spell be broken.
Breathe out and remember you’re the source of your experience.

Let the illusion go. Nothing in your physical world is ever going to make you feel better. Getting what you want isn’t going to make you feel better. Let the illusion go. Let the spell be broken. You are the source. Nothing in your reality can change that.

Breathe in and be the source of your experience.
Breathe out and trust that you are the source.

It’s all reflecting you. Everything you see is you. You are pure awareness. Everything you see is made up of pure awareness. It’s all the same thing. Whatever you feel within, you’ll see reflected without.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and let the spell be broken.

Reality no longer has that hold over you. There’s no mystery. There’s no uncertainty. You’re not waiting for something to happen to feel better. You’re not waiting for something to happen to make decisions. Make the decision right now. You are the source. You become it and then you see it.

Breathe in and become it right now.
Breathe out and start feeling better about your life.

You are in control. You do have the control. Your control is letting go, but you do have it.

Breathe in and notice what you do have control over.
Breathe out and take your control back of your inner world, where you rest your attention, what you choose to look at, your perspective—that’s your control.

Breathe in and change the way you look at things.
Breathe out and the things you look at will change.

It’s not complicated. It’s not confusing. If you don’t know exactly how to be what you want to see, just go back to thank you and then you’ll be in receiving mode. You’ll start noticing miracles. You’ll start getting blessings. You’ll start receiving the things that you wanted and you’ll feel so magickal. But the trick is to not get caught up in experience, mixed with experience, thinking that experience can affect you. You affect your experience.

Breathe in and be it to see it.
Breathe out and break the spell that your mind has on you.

There is nothing in the world that can change to make you feel better. You choose the change and then the world changes.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Even the things that you don’t like about yourself, the decisions you’ve made that you don’t like, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. All the things that you think you’re fucking up, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Just trust it’s going to work out for you. It always does. It always has and it always will.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and get ready for your world to shift into abundance, blessings, miracles, because you have become what you want to see.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Just say thank you, thank you, thank you. You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and smile because smiling always helps you feel better.

The better you feel, the better thoughts you attract and the better circumstances you manifest.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m tired. Yes, I’m full of anxiety about the uncertain future. Yes, I am trying to control so very hard. Yes, I am obsessed with trying to control. Yes, I am trying to control.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you’re trying to control.
Breathe out and say yes to trying to control.

Yes, I’m trying to control what other people are doing. I’m trying to control what I’m doing. I’m trying to control what people think. I’m trying to control what I think.

Breathe in and welcome trying to control.
Breathe out and relax because the only control is letting go.

Breathe in and make space for the miracles.
Breathe out and let go of trying to control.

It’s just an illusion anyway. Whatever is going to happen is going to happen whether you are thinking about it or not.

Breathe in and acknowledge all you’re trying to control.
Breathe out and relax.

You don’t have to do that anymore. You don’t have to try to control other people. You don’t have to try to control yourself. All you can control is your letting go.

Breathe in and stop trying to control.
Breathe out and let go.

The things you want come to you when you let go, when you surrender, when you give up, when you quit. As soon as you stop caring about controlling that thing, it’ll start going your way.

Breathe in and let things start going your way.
Breathe out and stop trying to control the things.

You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. You don’t have to fix anyone. You don’t have to control anyone.

Breathe in and stop trying to control.
Breathe out and just surrender.

You don’t have to control anymore.

Breathe in and let go of control today.
Breathe out and just quit trying to control.

And even as I say this, my mind is saying, “I can’t wait for this video to be over so I can get back to controlling.”

Breathe in and welcome the desire to control.
Breathe out and just surrender.

Every time you notice your mind scheming, say, “Surrender.” I quit. I give up.

Breathe in and stop trying to control.
Breathe out and surrender.

Just quit. Just give up. And then things will start going your way.
