It might not look the way you want it to look right now. But it’s going to reveal itself as all happening in your favor. Every single part of life is happening in your favor.

There are many techniques for becoming present, but it’s all the same goal. It’s to remember you’re one with god, one with life. To remember that all of life is connected. To remember that you’re the creator and that you’re here for fun and you don’t have to care about any of those thoughts!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is just for fun!
Breathe out and decide to not give a fuck about what other people are doing!

Don’t give a fuck about what your family is doing, or your friends, or the government. Let it all go right now. Not because you don’t care, not because you don’t want to help, but because you are going to feel better first and then you’ll be better able to help from that better-feeling place.

Breathe in and feel better now.
Breathe out and feel energized!

Its all up to you!

You’re the creator! You decide how you feel and then that affects what you see. Become it to see it! Become it to see it! And right now, you’re becoming in a great mood. And right now, you’re becoming in control of your attention. And right now, you’re waking up in the dream. Into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Any time a pesky little thought comes up in your mind about the past, or worry about the future, just say to yourself, “I’ve decided to feel good about that. I’ve let that shit go!”

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and keep letting go!

Let go of your thoughts as they come. You never have to try to stop them. But just keep letting them go, letting them go, letting them go.

Breathe in and step back into the observer position!
Breathe out and observe yourself.

Observe your thoughts. Observe your emotions.

Breathe in and notice what you’re thinking.
Breathe out and watch your thoughts.

Breathe in and feel your mind slow down.
Breathe out and let your body relax.

This is the best day of your life! Only your thoughts can make you feel bad, so it’s time to return to your natural state of feeling good, just by letting go of your thoughts. And entering the present moment.

You are in control of your vibration. You are the creator. You are so powerful. Let’s wield that power towards what you want!

You are in the perfect place. Everything is perfect and in its place. You are in the prime position to get what you want now!

Picture yourself in the place of receiving it. Picture it’s the moment you get it. Where are you? What does it feel like?

Breathe in and keep imagining getting what you want.

This is your power. This is gratitude in advance. You identify what you want, you practice the feeling, and then you let it go forever. And it will come to you, if you keep saying yes to life.

When you say yes, it doesn’t mean that you like it or that you want it. It just means that you stop resisting. When you stop resisting, you feel better. When you feel better, you attract solutions. You attract manifestations that feel better.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for your good fortune!

Just keep saying yes to what life is bringing you and the opportunities will keep coming. However you feel, say yes. Whatever’s offered, say yes. The idea is not to say yes to what you don’t want. It’s to radically accept all that is. So that you don’t feel pain and suffering inside anymore. And when you don’t feel pain and suffering—when you feel better—that attracts better-feeling thoughts. That attracts better-feeling circumstances. So by accepting all that is, you are making room for what you really want.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and welcome what you want to come!

Let it come to you today. You don’t have to chase anything. When you chase, you push it away anyway.

Breathe in and let it come to you!
Breathe out and decide to have the best day of your life, no matter what happens!

It’s up to you to decide! Make the choice right now!

Breathing in, I’m having the best day of my life!
Breathing out, I am radically accepting all that is, so that I don’t have to suffer anymore!

And when you don’t suffer anymore, people want to know your secret. And then they learn to not suffer. And slowly, it’s a chain reaction of ending suffering.

That’s what radical acceptance is for! Letting go of your resistance to what is. You can’t fight what is! You’ll lose! But if you can radically accept it, you’ll feel better, and you feeling better is what makes better circumstances.

Breathe in and feel better already!
Breathe out and radically accept all that is!

Make better circumstances for yourself. Your mood is your work! Your mood is just what you’re thinking and feeling, and you’re in complete control of what you’re thinking and feeling! Yes, emotions come and pass through you, but you can choose to feel them and let them go and then feel better on purpose!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

There are so many techniques for radically accepting your reality, so that you feel better, so that your circumstances align more to what you want. But today, just say yes! Say yes to how you feel. Say yes to what’s happening. Say yes to the thoughts and interruptions. Just keep saying yes!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and feel the relief that comes with stopping the fight!

Stopping the resistance. When you’re resisting what is, it feels bad. It feels painful. It feels like suffering. You can choose to let go of your suffering right now. And that doesn’t mean that you like the bad things. It doesn’t mean that it’s ok for injustice to happen. It just means YOU are putting a stop to YOUR suffering, so that you can feel better and become part of the solution instead of focused on the problem!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and radically accept your life! You’re having the best day of your life! Why wouldn’t you accept it?!

Breathe out and pinpoint what it is that you want.

I want to feel the best I’ve ever felt. I want to feel as good as I would if I were on drugs, but not on drugs! I want to feel like I’m on drugs without doing drugs. What do you want?

Breathe in and imagine what getting that thing you want would feel like.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Know that it’s coming. Know that it’s already on the way. Let yourself relax, and let it come to you now.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and relax.

If you’re ever feeling low, like you’ve been thinking a little too much, or even if you’re coming down from something, what will help you feel better, is love, yeah, love. So today, let’s practice giving ourselves love so we feel better.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

But saying, “I love myself,” can sometimes be annoying because it doesn’t—I don’t always believe it. But, if you give yourself love from the perspective of god, or source energy, or your higher self, it can be easier to believe. Easier to take. Easier to allow it.

Breathe in and think about that higher power.
Breathe out and now imagine that higher power talking to you.

This is what god says to me. God says to me, “Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.” Now you try it. Whatever your name is, “[Your name], I love and accept your exactly the way you are.” Say this to yourself over and over until you start hearing it in your head without having to force yourself to think it.

Breathe in and be nice to yourself today.
Breathe out and know that even if you aren’t going to be nice to yourself today, god is still nice to you. Source energy is still nice to you. There is absolutely nothing you could ever do to make source energy stop loving you.

Even if you don’t like yourself very much, even if you’re disappointed in yourself, even if it’s hard to say, “I love myself,” you can trust and believe and know that god still loves you. Life still loves you. Whatever you want to call it, just pick a name—I’ll call it source! Source still loves you. Source loves you unconditionally and you can tap into that feeling and feel better right now.

Breathing in, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

Breathing in, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

Even if you feel like you’re not enough, or like you do stupid shit you wish you didn’t do, like get attached to things that are really hard to let go of, source still loves you. Stource still wants you to thrive!

Breathing in, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out, I love and accept you exactly the way that you are.

And today you can pretend I’m source. And I’ll say it to you. And you can just know that it’s coming from god. But it’s just coming from me. I’ll be a channel of god for you right now ok? So this is what you need to hear right now. Follow with my breathing:

Wouldn't it be nice to feel fun and playful?

Wouldn't it be nice to see alien activity tomorrow? Wouldn't it be nice to be contacted by aliens? Wouldn't it be nice to wake up tomorrow feeling energized and refreshed? Wouldn't it be nice to publish these two videos today? Wouldn't it be nice to feel inspired to write an email? Wouldn't it be nice to get good news? Wouldn't it be nice to laugh and laugh and laugh? Wouldn't it be nice to give what I want to get? Wouldn't it be nice to find more ways to give and share? Wouldn't it be nice to get more illustration work? Wouldn't it be nice to play? Wouldn't it be nice to hoop? Wouldn't it be nice to let life live me?

Wouldn't it be nice to follow through? Wouldn't it be nice to have FUN on my projects:
- Finish the BM journal
- Make a drip course on Life Design 101
- Send an email newsletter
- Get on a regular posting schedule for the ML
- print and fold

Wouldn't it be nice to go to bed earlier tonight? Wouldn't it be nice to make my best work? Wouldn't it be nice to remember to think:

Wouldn't it be nice to feel energized after dinner to:
- post the SoLD meditation
- post MY meditation

Wouldn't it be nice to get on an even better schedule?

- lunch at 12pm
- dinner at 6pm
- bed by 11pm

Wouldn't it be nice to have the best night of my life? Wouldn't it be nice to have more to give? Wouldn't it be nice to feel like giving? Wouldn't it be nice to hear jokes? Wouldn't it be nice to surrender? Wouldn't it be nice to get paid? Wouldn't it be nice to get new subs? Wouldn't it be nice to have 221 subs?!

I am ready and open for my next pinnacle of success
- 221 subs
- brand new fridge
- in a real schedule/routine
- limitless travel budget (and... no corona lol)

Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and smile because life loves you!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

We’re just here for fun. Make having fun your goal today.

Breathe in and decide to play with your day!
Breathe out and decide to feel good no matter what happens.

Decide you’re going to have fun no matter where you go, because you are here to play! You are here to create! You are here in this moment, to have fun!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Let this be your mental code, your affirmation, to remind you every time you start getting uptight, or worried about the outcome. Just say to yourself,

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

Feel what it feels like to not give a fuck. It doesn’t mean to not care, to not have compassion, to not have empathy for other people. It just means you don’t care what other people think. And more importantly, you don’t give a fuck what YOU think!

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts!
Breathe out and remember there is intelligence beyond your thinking, rational mind!

There is intuition! There is emotional intelligence. There is infinite intelligence. There is channeling and connection with the divine! All of these things are way smarter than your logical mind. Decide to not give a fuck about your thoughts today and stand up to them! And move right into love, yeah love!

Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck about what other people think about me!

I don’t give a fuck about my negative thoughts. I am not worried about what other people are doing or thinking. My focus is on myself and how I feel and how much fun I’m having!

Breathe in and decide to have fun today!
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

You don’t have to care what anyone else thinks today. Even if you have clients, even if you have teachers, even if you have parents riding your ass—it doesn’t matter who is in your sphere of existence, who is influencing you, who you have to talk to today—what matters is that you don’t care what they think!

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck what other people think!

That is your power today! Decide you don’t care what other people think. That is so empowering. That will help you get through your day and have fun and be able to listen to your own intuition, your own guidance system. You know the truth. You have infinite intelligence inside of you and if you can let your muddy thoughts go that are just clouding up your intuition with caring about what other people think, you will have access to exactly what steps you have to take to get where you want to be!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Life loves you and life is communicating to you right now, everything you need to know to have the best day of your life. To be present and have fun. To enjoy life regardless of your circumstances. Stand up to your thoughts today and don’t give a fuck what other people think and don’t give a fuck what YOU think!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and step into this moment!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You might want things to go a certain way, but just let go and let the flow bring to you what you want.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Keep relaxing your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is just for fun!
Breathe out and feel better already! Life is just for fun! Let’s have fun today!

Now ask yourself, “Am I the type of person who goes after what I want? Or am I the type to let it come to me?”

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and be the type to let it come to you!

That’s true abundance. That’s true knowledge of the infinite intelligence within you.

Breathe in and remember what you know!
Breathe out and commit to letting it come to you today!

Ask yourself, “What do I want?” Maybe focus on something that isn’t a major desire you’ve had for years. What’s something small that you’ve wanted recently, that you don’t care too much if you get it or not, but you do really want it? Think about what you want right now, a simple desire.

Breathe in and imagine that thing you want.
Breathe out and imagine how you’ll feel when you get what you want.

I want to do somersaults in the lake. Now, what do you want?

Breathe in and decide to let it come to you!
Breathe out and flex your manifestation muscle.

This is your power. You acknowledge what you want, you have a strong desire, and low resistance. Meaning, you don’t care so much if you get it. You’ve made peace with not getting it. And then, you just relax and let it come to you! The not-having-resistance part is very important, so whatever you want, make sure you have a plan to not care if it comes. How can you feel good even if it doesn’t come? That is key to manifesting. You have to not care if it comes.

Breathe in and acknowledge your desire. I want to do somersaults in the lake!
Breathe out and now say, “I am going to manifest this. I am going to let it come to me.” And that’s it! That’s the only process: “Im going to manifest this and I’m letting it come to me.”

Breathe in and keep opening up more and more to receiving.
Breathe out and relax.

It’s coming. You don’t ever have to think about it again. Just keep saying yes. The universe will bring you opportunities to get this thing. But you have to say yes. For example, say you want to buy something or have something you would shop for come to you. Keep saying yes, perhaps when someone suggests you try a certain website to look for it. Just say yes to every avenue the universe suggests.

Breathe in and feel your power!
Breathe out and just relax.

You don’t care if you ever get it, but you’re the type to let it come to you. And then when it comes to you, remember: this is your power. This is something you can do for anything big or small. All you have to be able to do is make peace with not ever getting it! Simple right?

Breathe in and be a powerful creator!
Breathe out and trust the process of life

This is all for you. It’s all happening in your favor. Relax and let what you want come to you!
