Be Your Own Source (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not that serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

It’s all happening in your favor, whether you think it is or not.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is right now.

Yes, I’m disappointed. Yes, my feelings are hurt. Yes, I feel rejected. Yes, I feel helpless. Yes, I feel hopeless. Yes, I am disappointed. So disappointed I could cry. Yes, I feel unappreciated, unloved. Oh, and unwanted. Above all, I feel unwanted.

Breathe in and welcome feeling unwanted.
Breathe out and remember when you feel unwanted, what you really want is for your presence to be wanted.

This is always a clue that you’re not being present and that you, your higher self, god or whatever you wanna call it, wants your presence, your attentiveness to the now.

Breathe in and remember it’s simply that your presence is wanted.
Breathe out and take your fucking power back.

You want your presence. If you feel unwanted by other people, you’re too in your head. You’re thinking about it too much. You’re taking it personal when it’s not necessarily about you.

Breathe in and take your fucking power back.
Breathe out and stop needing things in the world to change for you to feel good.

You don’t need anything to change to feel good. All that’s missing is god, your presence. The only thing ever missing is god.

Breathe in and remember your presence is wanted.
Breathe out and become present right now.

When you drop your attention to the world and experience and focus it on the source of attention itself, when you become present, that’s when you stop needing things to change. That’s when you stop needing things from the world to feel good. When you’re present, you’re whole. You feel loved, you don’t want anything and you’re not anxious.

Breathe in and become present right now.
Breathe out and stop needing anything from the world to feel better.

You are the source of your experience. Not something outside of you that you keep looking towards to make you feel better when you’re the only one who can make you feel better.

Breathe in and realize your presence is wanted.
Breathe out and become present right now.

It’s so simple. It’s easy to be alone. It’s easy to be your own reason for feeling good. You just ask, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

That’s how you get in touch with god. Call god on the phone right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

This is god answering, yes I am aware of awareness.

Breathe in and have some faith in yourself.
Breathe out and stop taking the world personally.

It’s reflecting you. It can’t be anything other than you. So if it’s not doing what you want, you gotta change what you’re doing, not what other people are doing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Call god on the phone right now. Call god, that’s the only thing you need. That’s the only thing missing. You don’t need attention from anyone else. You don’t need money. You don’t need health. You don’t need activity. You don’t need anything but your awareness and you already have it. You’re already doing it. Just put your attention on it and everything else will work itself out.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

I am aware that I am aware and when I am aware I have no problems because my mind is not agitated because it’s not worried. So I’m at peace. I’m not focused on lack, looking for what I don’t have. So I’m happy. And when I am aware, there is no separation between me and anything else because we’re all one. So I am love itself. I’m in love. I am love. So I’m not missing anyone. I don’t need someone else to fill me up. When it’s never gonna be enough ever.

Breathe in and stop looking to the world for your satisfaction.
Breathe out and be your own satisfaction today.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

I am aware. I am god. I’m answering the call. I’m answering, I’m present, I’m here now.

Breathe in and be your own source.
Breathe out and become one with god right now.

And then you don’t need anything to change to feel better. And then what you want will come flying at you so fast you’ll be like, but I don’t need that anymore. I already feel good. I don’t even want that anymore.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know with all of your soul, yes, I am aware, I am aware of awareness.

I am aware that I am awareness. I am aware that everything is awareness. So I am one with everything and I’m now in the flow.
