Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and mind your own business.
Breathe out and go within today.
Take your power back by taking your attention off of the world. Keep your mind and thoughts off of the world and place your attention completely on the source within you.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.
It’s all happening in your favor. Thank you. Thank you. I trust the process of life. I trust this is in my favor. Thank you.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes I am.
That’s how you take your attention off of the world and place it on the source within. Am I aware?
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
The world that you experience is an out-picturing of your vibration. You are in control of what you see, but your control is letting go. It’s letting go of the thoughts. It’s letting go of the overthinking, the stressing and the worrying. God knows what you want. You don’t have to think about it. You don’t have to resist. You don’t have to seek. You just have to rest on the love that is your source. And then you’ll be so content with where you are, so happy with the present that the miracles
flow to you but you don’t even care because you don’t need them anymore. You’re already whole. You’re already complete.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes I am.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
This is how you do it. This is all there is to it. You ask, am I aware? You genuinely look and you rest in that presence, in that knowing that you exist. There’s nothing complicated. You’re already doing it but only the thoughts make you feel bad and get in the way.
Breathe in and keep lightening up.
Breathe out and trust that whatever happens, it’s in your favor.
Everything that happens is happening for you, not to you. In the big picture it already worked out for you.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
Stay with this presence. Stay with this knowing. When you feel that sense of knowing that yes, I am aware, you’re practicing the feeling of knowing. And when you feel knowing you understand that life is good. That life is love. That it is all unfolding perfectly. You don’t have to wonder. There’s no uncertainty. There’s just flow and ease and awe and delight.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes I am.
Am I aware? Ask yourself this question every time the thoughts come back. Every time you get caught up in the mind storm. You’re not trying to stop thinking. You’re just getting a zoomed out view. You’re becoming the bigger picture, the awareness that contains the thoughts. You are not your thoughts.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.
I am aware that I am aware. Awareness is god. When I am aware that I am aware, I am practicing the presence of god. When I am aware that I am aware, I have no problems, because my mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace. I don’t notice lack, so I’m happy, and I’m not separate from those I love. So I am in love.
Breathe in and be in love today.
Breathe out and keep your mind and thoughts off of this world.
It’s all happening in your favor and if you can just get out of the way you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing out, yes I am aware and I am now in the flow.
