You Are Not The One With Low Energy (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and remember it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and be in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and relax.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Trust the process of life. Everything ever created led up to right now, to you being here right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m tired. Yes, I’m disappointed my energy is waning. Yes, I am unfocused. Yes, I am seeking. Yes, I am craving. Yes, I am wondering what’s going to happen.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and make peace with what is.

Welcome fatigue. Welcome low energy. Welcome unfocusedness. Welcome, welcome.

Breathe in and just welcome what is.
Breathe out and accept what is as if you had chosen it.

I chose to be unfocused. Welcome. I chose to feel low energy. Welcome. Welcome. I chose to feel uncertain. Welcome. I chose to feel anxious. Welcome.

Breathe in and keep relaxing into right now.
Breathe out and let yourself be still.

There is nothing wrong with where you are or what you’re doing. There is nothing wrong. What is wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and relax into right now.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Ask yourself, am I aware?

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

When you ask, am I aware? It trumps everything else. It overcomes all of your discomfort, your low energy. You are not the one with low energy. You are the awareness containing the experience of low energy. It’s not you. And when you identify as pure awareness, you get a surge of energy. You feel better. You remember you’re infinite. You never were born. You never are going to die. You can relax and enjoy.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

Stop fighting what is and just be the awareness containing it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Let go of the thoughts, let go of the struggle. Everything is perfect and in its place. You get the impulse when it’s time. You know what to do when it’s time to do it. Until then, relax into pure awareness, who you really are. Stop fighting with what is. Stop fighting it, accept it as if you had chosen it. And you can do that just by asking, am I aware?

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and let that question still your mind.

Disperse the thoughts, disperse the resistance.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

When you get overwhelmed, when you start resisting, when you’re disappointed in your energy levels, go back to asking, am I aware? Be the awareness containing it and then the experience you don’t like is free to move on because you’re not pinning it into place with your attention and your resistance. Energy goes where attention flows. Put your attention on pure awareness. Expand the feeling of god within you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am now in the flow.

I am the awareness containing all that is.
