You’re Innocent (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.”

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Just acknowledge what is. Face what is, and it will lose its power. Yes, I am 100% crabby. Yes, I’m so irritated. Yes, I’m so tired. Yes, I’m so mad at myself. Yes, I feel so depressed and like everything is pointless. Yes, I am exhausted. Yes, I am really mad at myself. Yes, I am disappointed. Yes, I am frustrated. Yes, I am so pissed off at myself for doing all of these things to control. And now I’m tired and I have to continue the things I started controlling. Yes, I’m so tired of me trying to control. Yes, I am so tired of trying to control.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and smile because at least smiling can help you feel a little tiny bit better.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile and slow down.

There’s no rush. There’s no hurry. The world is reflecting you. So take the time to take care of yourself. And the world will reflect that.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and take your power back right now.

Breathe in and know it can only reflect you.
Breathe out and decide what you want to project.

Breathe in and imagine getting what you want.
Breathe out and visualize it right now.

I want to be respected. I want to be respected. I want respect. And I know that to get respect, I have to respect myself. And I haven’t been doing that. So now to be the source, I have to choose to respect myself.
Stand up to other people. Stand up to my thoughts. Stop being so easygoing. Stop being such a doormat and saying yes to things I should say no to. I have to respect myself if I want to be respected.

Breathe in and acknowledge what you want.
Breathe out and acknowledge what you know you have to do to get what you want.

If you’re the source, you have to become it to see it. So if you want to be respected, you have to respect yourself. If you want to be loved, you have to love yourself. What better time to start than right now?

Breathe in and respect yourself.
Breathe out and live in integrity with your intuition today.

You know what to do in every moment. You have to choose to do it when you feel uncomfortable.

Breathe in and welcome the discomfort.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck about the discomfort.”

You’ll get to a point where it will become so extreme, the discomfort, that you’ll explode and you’ll stand up for yourself. But instead of making it an explosion, just start little by little in this moment before it becomes a big drama. You can start being the source right now instead of bottling it up until you explode.

Breathe in and acknowledge you are the source of your experience.
Breathe out and simply say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

And it will fix everything in your experience. It will restore the years the locusts have eaten. Thank you. Thank you. The simple phrase to wash away all of your sins. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and remember you’re innocent.
Breathe out and be nice to yourself.

You only try to control because you care and love so much. You only try to control because you want everyone else to be happy before you.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and acknowledge you’re the source.

Wash away your sins with thank you. That’s all you’ve got to do. It’s simple. You can trust it. You can let it be easy. Be the source by feeling thank you in your heart. And it will all resolve itself.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
