Ask Yourself: Am I Aware? (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and smile because it helps you feel better.
Breathe out and smile because it feels good.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Trust the process of life. Trust that this is where you’re meant to be.

Breathe in and trust it’s all unfolding perfectly.
Breathe out and smile because it’s all unfolding perfectly.

You know this in your bones. You know this in your heart. It is all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that, “Yes, I am aware.”

Today, as you go about your day, remind yourself you are one with pure awareness. You are an extension of god. You’re like a wave in the ocean. You’re still part of the ocean. You’re just an individual expression of the ocean. Today, remind yourself of this. Remind yourself to connect back to the ocean. And the ocean in this case is pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice the answer, “Yes, I am aware.”

That’s how you connect to the ocean of consciousness, the ocean of awareness, the ocean of consciousness, the ocean of god that you already are.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathe in and connect with the ocean of awareness.
Breathe out and connect with the ocean of god right now.

Identify with that thing that you really are, god or pure awareness, instead of getting caught up in your thoughts, your individual expression, the chaos of the mind.

Breathe in and root back into the ocean.
Breathe out and keep your attention in the ocean.

You can’t stop yourself from being your individual self with your mind. You’ve been conditioned. You’re going to act the way you’re going to act. You’re going to have the thoughts that come naturally to you. What you can do deliberately to make yourself feel better and enjoy life more is keep your attention on the whole instead of the part. Keep your attention rooted down into the ocean of awareness instead of in your thoughts. That’s all it takes to connect with the magick of life.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Feel wherever it is in your body or in your intuition. Wherever you feel that ocean of awareness, keep your attention there. “Am I aware?” I can feel my source. I can feel the god or the awareness, the abstract nothing that I come from when I ask, “Am I aware?” And if I keep my attention there instead of in the worries, my life just flows.

Breathe in and let your life just flow today.
Breathe out and get out of the way.

Life is already folding, unfolding in the path of least resistance. Life is already doing the right thing and you are that life. You don’t have to think about it. You have to simply identify as pure awareness. Keep your attention on the whole and then you’ll always know you’ve got god acting through you.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I am now in the flow of life.”

Breathe in and relax into the knowing.
Breathe out and be the knowing of life.
