Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Gratitude attracts more to be grateful for. Thank you.

Breathe in and slow down. There’s no rush.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body into this moment.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious, and smiling always helps you feel a little better.

Breathe in and smile and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and don’t take it so seriously.

It just doesn’t matter. This is just a dream. Just a way to pass eternity.

Breathe in and keep opening up.
Breathe out and be so grateful for what is.

Everything that’s happening is happening in your favor. It’s all a gift for you.
