Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go. Let your suffering go.
You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.
Breathe in and smile because it’ll help you feel better.
Breathe out and take your power back with thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Breathe in and say thank you and feel it in your heart.

Wherever you are, whatever your circumstances, decide to shift everything right now with thank you. All the things that that’ve piled up that you don’t like: Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe out and say yes to what is.
Yes. I’m frustrated. Yes, I’m anxious. Yes, I’m getting caught in old habits again. Yes, I feel like I’m moving backwards. Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I am frustrated with myself and my external reality and I’m not taking responsibility and I’m feeling like the world is happening to me, not for me. Yes, I am giving my power away. Yes, I am giving my power away.
Breathe in and notice where you’re giving your power away.
Breathe out and decide to change that if you want to have power today.
If you want to have power today, take it back.
Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and feel better already.
You take your power back just by saying thank you and really feeling it. Thank you for the frustration. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for the feeling of going backwards. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for the piling up of negativity. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.
Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.

Breathe out and let your contrast make you know what you want.
My contrast is that I feel trapped and I feel anxious and I feel like the world is stopping me from enjoying life. What is your contrast?

I feel trapped so I want to feel free. I feel anxious so I want to feel calm and I feel like the world is stopping me from doing what I want. So I want to do what I want without the world stopping me.
Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and take it back right now.
Thank you for the feeling of being trapped. I know it’s in my favor because now I know I’m going to be free. Now I know I can notice the difference between trapped and freedom.
Breathe in and choose freedom.
Breathe out and take your power back.
You take your power back by not caring what happens, by saying thank you for all the stuff you don’t like and for not letting the world affect you.
Breathe in and stop letting the world affect you today.
Breathe out and surrender.
If the world is affecting you too much, remember that if you ask, “Am I aware?” and connect with the god that you are, if you remind yourself that you are awareness and you reunite with that awareness, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be because you don’t need anything outside of you to feel good. You can feel good no matter what your circumstances. You can enjoy being alive no matter what your circumstances.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”
It’s just like tripping. It’s just like when you take a psychedelic and suddenly everything looks new. Everything is interesting. You’re curious about everything. You can have that right now by letting go of the thoughts and stabilizing as you are, pure awareness.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”
This is how you stop letting things affect you. This is how you stop needing things to change to feel good. You identify as pure awareness and you let go of seeking, of looking for something in the world to make you feel better. It’s not going to work. The only thing that can make you feel better is your own awareness of awareness because that’s god.
Breathe in and reunite with god right now.
Breathe out and be free.
You’re reunited with god right now. You don’t need anything to change. Are you aware?
