Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and smile because it always helps you feel better.
Breathe out and relax your body.
Let go of control right now. The Tao does nothing and leaves nothing undone. Instead of acting out of anxiety today, just surrender and let life do it for you.
Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender trying to control.
You think things should go a certain way and then you’ll be happy, but you don’t know what’s best. You don’t know what’s best for those people. You don’t even know what’s best for you. Whatever you think is happening against you is actually happening in your favor.
Breathe in and let go of the judgments.
Breathe out and let go of thinking you know what’s best.
Let go of trying to control what other people are doing. Let go of trying to control every little thing with your thoughts. Let go of control today.
Breathe in and keep your mind and thoughts off of this world.
Breathe out and surrender trying to control with your thoughts.
This looks like worrying, overthinking, planning, scheming, trying to come up with a solution when it’s a really hard problem. You’re not going to figure it out with your mind. Let life figure it out for you today.
Breathe in and surrender control.
Breathe out and let life take care of it for you.
The more you let go, the more it flows. When you let go, the miracles come. And then the miracles come and you think that you had some hand in it and so you start getting attached and thinking you can control it again.
Breathe in and know you have no control.
Breathe out and focus on the one thing you can control, your perspective, where your attention is.
Is your attention on the things you’re looking at? Or is your attention on the looking? Is your attention on what you are aware of? Or is your attention on the awareness itself?
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.
Really focus on this today. Instead of focusing on what you are aware of, your thoughts, your worries, things happening in the world, keep your attention on the awareness itself, the fact that you are aware.
Breathe in and do that by asking, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.
Drop your attention to the objects. Unmix yourself with experience. We get so caught up in what’s happening that we think we can control it, we think it affects us, we think we have an effect on it. Today, disentangle from experience. Keep your attention on awareness. Rest your attention from the objects, and keep it on the source of attention itself.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am aware.
When I am aware, I have no problems, because I’m not thinking. My attention isn’t on the thoughts. The problems are only in the mind. Devote yourself to asking, am I aware? And then keep your attention on the answer. Yes, I am aware. Presence is the answer. Just existing or being is where your attention can rest.
Breathe in and take your power back today.
Breathe out and un-mix yourself from experience.
You think you can control what’s happening but you can’t. And if you want your life to flow, stop giving so much attention to what’s happening. And rest your attention on the source of attention itself.
Breathe in and feel the relief.
Breathe out and relax into awareness.
It’s the one permanent, unchanging thing. If your attention is on the world, if it makes you feel good, when it goes, you’ll feel bad. But when you put your attention on awareness itself, it never changes, it never goes anywhere, and so you can base your feeling good on this awareness. It’s the permanent
drug, the permanent feeling good.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware that I am aware and I am now in the flow.
