Change Your Life With Thank You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and trust in the timing of life.

Trust it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and slow down.

Let yourself relax into this moment. You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck.” It’s not serious.

Bring some levity into your day. Allow your problems to dissipate. Your problems are just in your mind. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and relax into right now.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Let yourself receive divine inspiration right now. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Only your thoughts are blocking the flow. Trust that it’s safe to let the thoughts go for a few minutes and see what miracles transpire.

Breathe in and relax into right now.
Breathe out and relax.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and feel your body relaxing, feeling safer in this moment.

Right now is all that there really is. Your mind makes you worry about the future, regret the past, but right now is all that actually exists. Time is not linear. You can change the past and you can change the future, right now.

Breathe in and feel a little relief.
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts.

It’s all going to work out. It’s only your attention to the problems that pins them into place. If you can forget about the problem, it will all work out.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

Asking, “Am I aware?” is one way to still your mind, to get a breath from the thoughts, to realize that you are eternal, infinite, not in danger of any harm.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Devote yourself to this. Devote yourself to the inquiry. Anything to stop the worrying, to stop the overthinking. It’s not that it stops, but your attention goes somewhere else. And when your attention is on the present moment, miracles happen.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you for the miracles.”
Breathe out and remember, you’re the source.

You are the source. You are the source. You have the opportunity right this second to change the trajectory of your entire life. Do it with “Thank you.”

Breathe in and say, “Thank you.”
Breathe out and feel it in your heart.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Trust that what is happening is in your favor, trust that whatever problems or delays that are occurring are actually good for you in the long run.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and feel the relief in your heart.

Thank you for this major delay. Thank you for this major problem. Thank you for the solutions. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and empower yourself right now with “Thank you.”

Thank you. Thank you. Use that as your mantra, your mental code. Thank you. Even if your mind worries and over-thinks and doesn’t trust what’s happening, if you feel that “Thank you” in your heart, the miracles will be revealed. The solutions will be there.

Breathe in and welcome the solutions.
Breathe out and welcome the miracles with “Thank you.”
