Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment.
Thank you for this time. Thank you for everything happening in my favor.
Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and bring your attention into this moment.
Ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.
This is where you find what you’re looking for. This is what you’re looking for in drugs, food, alcohol, relationships, money, property, experiences, etc.
Breathe in and ask am I aware?
Breathe out and notice yes I am.
Awareness is the thing that makes up us all. It’s the thing we all have in common. It’s the one thing that never changes. Your awareness or your being is the one thing that’s permanent, that never goes away.
Breathe in and attach to the one thing that never goes away.
Breathe out and feel so stable.
When you ask “Am I aware?” and you rest your attention on that answer, that noticing, that awareness of awareness, you have no more problems because all problems are in the mind. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. And when you focus your awareness on awareness, your mind isn’t agitated it, so you’re peaceful. You don’t notice lack so you’re happy and you don’t feel separate from those you love. So you are love.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and let yourself wake up in the dream.
You’ll know it when you catch it. You’ll remember it the moment that you look around and realize you are aware of being aware. This recognition—stay there. Be with that. Keep asking the question over and over and over. You won’t need the relationship, the money, the health. You won’t need anything to change when you are aware that you are aware.
Breathe in and remember this tree bears immediate fruit.
Breathe out and feel good now.
You want the relationship because you think you’ll feel better. You want the money because you think you’ll feel better. You want the property because you think you’ll feel better. You want the health because you think you’ll feel better. But what if you didn’t need anything to change to feel better, to feel good, to feel the way you want to feel, in love happy to be alive?
Breathe in and ask am I aware?
Breathe out and notice yes I am.
I am aware that I am aware and when I am aware I am happy to be alive. You know when you take acid or a psychedelic and you’re just so amazed that you exist in this miracle? That’s what being aware of being aware feels like. That knowing that this is magickal, special, holy, blessed, perfect.
Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.
When you are aware that you are aware, you do not need anything to change. You do not need more, you do not need less, you do not need this or that. You are whole, you are perfect, you are complete. Everything isn’t so stressful and difficult. You won’t have to feel so responsible for everything you look at. All of your suffering is mental. Thinking. You may have pain in your body, sure, but suffering is in the mind, and when you keep your attention on being aware of being aware you don’t have to suffer anymore.
Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and welcome the miracles that flow when you’re just happy to be alive.
When you’re happy to be alive, life is happy to be you. The miracles flow to you. What you want comes but you don’t need it because you are already whole and complete.
