Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. If you ever feel like you’re being taken for granted, ask yourself if you are taking things for granted first.
Breathe in and be the source of your experience.
Breathe out and turn your grievances into your powers.
Whatever you’re blaming someone else for, that’s what you’re doing. Whatever you’re accusing someone else of doing, that’s what you’re doing. Whatever you are criticizing someone else about, that’s what you’re criticizing about yourself.
Breathe in and look in the mirror.
Breathe out and feel your power returning.
If you feel like someone is wasting your time, are you wasting someone’s time? If you feel like someone’s being mean to you, are you being mean to someone? If you feel like you can’t trust someone, do you have things that people can’t trust about you?
Breathe in and have some integrity today.
Breathe out and take responsibility for how you feel and what you see in your reality.
It’s all you. It’s all a reflection of you.
Breathe in and remember you’re the source.
Breathe out and feel so empowered because you are the source.
If you want people to appreciate you, express appreciation. If you want to be thanked, give thanks. If you want to be loved, give love. You must take the first step. When you look in the mirror, you don’t wait for the reflection to do something before you do something. You move and the thing in the mirror moves. You’re the source. You’re the one making all of this happen. Instead of feeling guilty, you can feel powerful because right now you can change it all. Time is not linear. You can undo the past right now.
Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and be the source.
You just forgot your magick for a minute. This is your magick. You get to decide. You take the first step. You project what you want to see.
Breathe in and project what you want to see.
Breathe out and feel the feeling right now.
What do you want to see? I want someone to be happy to see me, to smile when they see me, to feel blessed to know me, to feel lucky to get to be around me. I want my presence to be wanted.
Breathe in and project what you want to see.
Breathe out and let your presence be wanted.
If you want to be thanked and appreciated, just feel thank you in your heart. Thank you. If you want your presence to be appreciated, ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe in and be appreciated today.
Breathe out and be the source.
You can either choose thank you and project gratitude and enthusiasm, and then you’ll get that back. Or you can choose, “Am I aware?” And then you’ll project peace and love and stillness and happiness. And that’s what you’ll get back. You can choose other mantras or other effective phrases that make you feel the way you want to feel. It doesn’t even have to be words. You just choose how you want to feel. You feel that way and then you see it reflected.
Breathe in and play the inner game.
Breathe out and win the outer game.
