You Have The Power To Change It (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

It can only reflect you.

Breathe in and take your power back today.
Breathe out and remember you’re the source of your experience.

If there are things happening in your life that you don’t like, take responsibility for what you see. Is there anything else in your life that feels that way? Is there anything inside of you that feels that way?

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Yes, I’m in the middle of a made up drama that’s mostly my fault. Yes, I’m in the middle of a drama because I took something personally that I shouldn’t have. Yes, I am terrified that I am going to lose all that I worked for because of my own faults, because of my own misunderstanding, because I took something personally that I shouldn’t have. Yes, I’m so scared to lose what I have.

Breathe in and notice. Does anything else in your life feel like that?
Breathe out and notice. Does anything else in your life feel like you’re afraid to lose what you have, like you’re protecting what you have, like you’re greedy and you don’t have enough?

Breathe in and acknowledge your role in your experience.
Breathe out and welcome your role in your experience.

Just because you’re experiencing something that you don’t want doesn’t mean you’re stuck with it. If you have the power to create it, you have the power to change it.

Breathe in and take back your power.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Am I aware?

When you are aware, you have no problems. When you are aware, your attention does the no-thought thing of shifting from the thoughts to resting on the source of attention.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathe in and ask again, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and welcome the awareness.

Awareness is god. Awareness is what everything is made up of.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Awareness is unconditional love. It doesn’t reject anything. It turns nothing away, no experience, no feeling, no thought.

Breathe in and accept what is as if you’d chosen it.
Breathe out and accept what is as if you had chosen it.

You had chosen things to play out like this so that you can learn, so that you can grow, so that you can have realizations and epiphanies and human experiences, so that you can transcend and transmute and remember who you really are.

Breathe in and take your power back from your experience.
Breathe out and stop letting yourself be tossed around by experience.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Stop letting the roller coaster of experience affect you. Be the source.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

It’s only your thoughts that have been making you feel so bad. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and make space for miracles.
Breathe out and know you’ll never find the answer in the mind.

Let the miracle come. And you do that by asking, “Am I aware?” And resting as you are, pure awareness, just being, accepting what is as if you had chosen it with love.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

I am aware of the mess I’ve made with my thoughts. I am aware I am the source and I have the power to change. I am aware that I am aware and I am now in the flow.
