Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome laziness. Welcome hunger. Welcome seeking. Welcome feeling incomplete. Welcome seeking for something to fill a god-sized hole yet again. Welcome.

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and trust you’re in the right place.
Breathe out and trust you’re in the right time.

It’s all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and love and accept yourself exactly the way you are.
Breathe out and say it.

Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way that you are. Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way that you are.

Breathe in and feel who you really are.
Breathe out and have some compassion for yourself.

You’re god in human form, but you’re having a very human experience. Right now, let yourself relax into the knowing that everything will be okay. Everything is perfect and in its place. And you don’t have to try to control anything, least of all yourself.

Breathe in and acknowledge all you want to control.
Breathe out and surrender the control.

You don’t know what’s best. You don’t know what’s best for them and you don’t know what’s best for you. You get the impulse when it’s time. You never have to think about or plan or scheme what you’re going to do.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust you’ll get the impulse when it’s time.

All you can do is enjoy this moment right here right now. If you’re enjoying right now, you will continue to enjoy right now.

Breathe in and see how it’s always right now.
Breathe out and relax into the infinite right now.

It’s always going to be right now. Choose to feel good.
Choose to enjoy life right now. This is all you get, this moment.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and welcome receiving what you want.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel your optimism returning.
Breathe out and feel your innocence returning.

Thank you. Thank you. Say this to yourself, to your mind. What if you said it to your mind? To the thoughts that make you suffer. Thank you.

I know it’s in my favor that I have thoughts that make me suffer. Thank you. Feel that optimism. This is the upper hand. You can always take it back with thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you for the hunger.
Breathe out and say thank you for the seeking.

Thank you. If I wasn’t seeking, I wouldn’t find what I’m looking for. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come.
Breathe out and say thank you for all you are receiving today in this moment.

Thank you. Thank you. This is your superpower for real for real. Go back to thank you. Feel that optimism. Take your heart. Feel the switch being flipped. And you will have such a good day if you can devote yourself to thank you and really feeling it.
