Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, and really feel it in your heart, thank you.
It’s all happening in your favor. It’s all unfolding perfectly. And even those things that you think are happening against you, they’re happening in your favor. And if you can feel thank you in your heart, you will see so quickly life already is the way you want it to be.
Breathe in and keep your mind and thoughts off this world.
Breathe out and remember, there is no satisfaction to be found in the world.
All of your suffering is coming from seeking for something to change. Your suffering is coming from thinking about what you would prefer instead, what you don’t like. All of this thinking about the world is making you suffer. But there is no satisfaction in the world.
Breathe in and find the satisfaction within.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.
Nothing in the world is ever going to make you feel better. It’s not going to make you any happier. It’s not going to bring you any more peace. The world is change. The world is ups and downs. If you feel good from something in the world, you’ll feel bad from something in the world. Get off the roller coaster.
Breathe in and realize there’s no satisfaction to be found in the world.
Breathe out and be so relieved.
There’s no satisfaction to be found in the world. You don’t have to wait for something to change, to feel better. You don’t have to wait to get what you want, to feel better. You don’t have to wait for people to act right, to feel better. You can just relax knowing nothing’s ever going to make you feel better in the world. No change is really going to bring you lasting happiness. The only satisfaction comes from within.
Breathe in and stop looking to the world for satisfaction.
Breathe out and really feel so relieved.
You don’t have to look to the world for satisfaction anymore. You don’t have to get things done on your to-do list to be satisfied. You don’t have to cook a healthy dinner to be satisfied. You don’t have to wait for your family to do something different to feel better. You will be satisfied when you look within, when you rest your attention on god, the presence of god, that’s what you really are.
Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and really look.
When you really look, you stop thinking. You drop your attention to the thoughts that are making you suffer. When you really inquire, am I aware? You can almost feel the hum or the buzz of your attention resting on itself, resting on the presence of god.
Breathe in and be the presence of god.
Breathe out and rest here in the presence of god.
That’s who you really are. When you drop your attention to the thoughts and rest as presence, that’s what is satisfying. That’s where the satisfaction is. You already have it right here.
Breathe in and stop looking to the world for satisfaction.
Breathe out and know you already have it inside of you.
And the best part is that when you remember, there’s no satisfaction to be found in the world and you recognize that you can only find it by practicing the presence of god or being present—The second you drop your attention to all of those resistant thoughts, the things you want start coming to you. You start getting what you want right away as soon as you stop looking to get what you want to feel better and you feel better on your own, the things you wanted come to you. You become it and then you see it.
Breathe in and feel your power today.
Breathe out and feel so excited because you got your power back.
You don’t have to look to the world for satisfaction. It’s already right here. You can access it by asking, am I aware? and resting as that aware presence. And then the things you want come to you and you don’t even really care because you know the secret, it was inside of you all along.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.
