Be In Love With How It Is (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you,” and feel that gratitude in your heart.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Remember, you are the source. Stop waiting for life to change for you to feel better. You must become it to see it, so become it right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. It might seem like a lot of work to keep your vibration high by remembering you’re the source, by forcing yourself to feel gratitude, but what is the alternative? Boredom, misery, depression, anger, all of these things that come from mixing with experience. Getting lost in the world, thinking that you’re a separate self that can get hurt and die.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and take the path that feels better today.

Choose to set the tone for your day right now. Choose to feel better so your life can feel better. It’s up to you. Take control of your life back. Stop trying to control other people and control your own life.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Your mind is tricking you into thinking you need a certain thing to feel better. It’s tricking you into thinking that it’s always going to be like this, that there’s always going to be this suffering, but it’s just a trick. It’s an illusion. The truth is you’re god. You’re the source and you can choose to set the tone. You can choose to enjoy your life right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Do not create your life by default. Do not just let it happen to you. You don’t have to do things like positive thinking and manifesting techniques. You don’t have to do all that stuff. You just have to remember that you’re the source, that you’re god. And that’s it.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and feel your power coming back to you right now, you’re god in human form, you’re pure awareness.

You set the tone instead of creating by default, instead of letting things happen and then letting them affect how you feel.
Choose how you want to feel right now. And then your life will reflect that.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

And the thing is, you don’t have to affect what happens. There will still be ups and downs. There will still be death and sickness. There will still be accidents and misfortunes. But if you choose to be the source by remembering who you really are, it’s the quality of your experience that improves. No matter what happens, you can still feel good and feel love and feel bliss at being alive. It doesn’t matter what happens.

Breathe in and be your own fucking drug today.
Breathe out and feel good no matter what happens.

You do that by remembering you are the source. You center yourself so firmly in the present moment that whatever happens, you’re curious about it. You’re intrigued. You’re entertained because you’re just watching it go by. Stay stable as you are. Pure awareness. You’re being the theater in which it’s all playing out. It’s all one thing. You’re not a separate self who’s going to get hurt. You’re everything.

Breathe in and expand your awareness today.
Breathe out and leave room for miracles today.

Anything could happen. Don’t get stuck in these limited paths of the mind that constrict you and make you feel small and make you feel like it’s always going to be like this. It sucks. Make the choice that life doesn’t suck today. Make the choice that you have some agency in what you experience. You have some agency in the quality of your experience.

Don’t leave it up to the default.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Once you get to the point where you feel good, where you are, no matter what’s happening, then the miracles start flowing and then you get attached to them and the whole thing starts over. But right now you can choose to feel good with what you have, to be in love with how it is, simply by remembering who you are, pure awareness.

And you do that by asking,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

First, start with the gratitude. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And feel in your heart that life is not that bad. You’re the source.
You have some ability to influence your experience. Thank you. Thank you. And then once you feel that breath of optimism, remind yourself who you really are, pure awareness, by asking,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Feel your innocence. Feel your optimism. It doesn’t matter what happens, good or bad. It doesn’t matter because you are the theater in which it all occurs. You are the love that makes up everything. And if you can drop the thoughts, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And I’m now in the flow and I’m now the creator and I’m being the source and I’m going to have a good day because I already am right now.
