Reject All Thoughts (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Let go of wanting it to go a certain way. Let go of caring about the outcome. Keep letting go.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Let yourself relax into this moment.

Breathe in and calm down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Relax. Keep letting go. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and feel your mind turn around on itself to ask, “Who am I?”

Focus on that answer. I am. Focus on the search for “I”.

Breathe in and rest your attention on your sense of being.
Breathe out and keep asking, who am I? Who am I? Who am I?

Or just repeat, I. I. I. Feel your sense of being. Feel that you exist. Know that you are here.

Breathing out, who am I?

I. I. I. Whatever technique works for you to feel your sense of being, stay there today. Am I aware? Who am I? I am. I. Whatever tiny little thought it takes to get you to feel your sense of being, use that and stay here. Stay as you are.

Stay focused on Self. Rest your attention on your Self, by repeating the letter I. You gradually sink deeper and deeper into pure awareness. You stop being so mixed with your experience. And you start feeling completely satisfied because you’ve gone within, where everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing out, I. I. I.

Repeat the letter I over and over. See if that works for you to feel your sense of being. Reject every other thought. Reject all thoughts. To every single thought, respond with, “Who am I?” Or “Am I aware?” Or “I”.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and know. It is I. Pure awareness. God. Consciousness.

Breathe in and stop mixing with experience.
Breathe out and be the source.

You are the source. When you rest as I, when you rest as pure awareness, when you rest as I am, you’re the source. You’re awareness. You’re god. And everything you want comes to you, but you don’t need it because you feel so good being awareness.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and know the answer. I am. I am pure awareness. I am now aware. I am now in the flow.

Give Up the Search (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and lighten up because it’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

If you care about the outcome, you’ll be unhappy either way. If you let the outcome affect how you feel, everything’s going to affect how you feel. Today, decide to be happy either way! And then your happiness is not dependent on circumstances.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

That’s the real work: to notice, “I want this. I don’t want this. I really care about this. I really want it to go this way.” All of that is just your mind trying to control. And it’s not who you really are. Pure awareness has no preferences. Pure awareness is just happy to be.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness!
Breathe out and be happy to simply be.

Let yourself enjoy being. Let yourself just exist without seeking for something to change.

Breathe in and give up the search.
Breathe out and let go of the seeking.

Ask yourself right now, “What am I seeking?” Feel the attention turn around on itself. What am I seeking?

Breathe in and feel your attention turn around.
Breathe out and see the answer. Hear the answer. What are you seeking still?

I can feel my attention poking out, looking for things that are missing, looking for things that are wrong. Looking for attention, stimulation. But all of that is under your control. The seeking can be dropped right now! And then you don’t suffer because it’s the seeking itself causing the suffering. Wanting things to be different from how they are makes you suffer.

Breathe in and notice the seeking.
Breathe out and feel your attention seeking for something, anything.

What’s missing? What’s too much? What’s wrong, what’s good, what’s bad? Seeking seeking seeking. Give up the search! If you stop searching, you’ll be at peace.

Breathe in and give up the search!
Breathe out and see how right now is perfect. Nothing needs to change, because you exist. You’re here! That’s all!

And if you can let the thoughts go, if you can just watch them and notice that you’re seeking, but stay in the position of awareness—if you can stay there, you’ll be at peace. You’ll be happy. Right now, you’re there. Right now. There’s just clouds of thought covering it up.

Breathe in and give up the search!
Breathe out and be found.

The instant you stop seeking, you see that what you wanted, what you were seeking for is with you already! It is you already! You have to stand up to your attention, to the seeking activity. That’s just automatic, it’s just conditioned. It’s not your fault that you seek, it’s just how it is. But you—now that you know that it’s just seeking making you suffer—you can let it go. You can drop the activity. Just don’t go there!

Breathe in and stop seeking.
Breathe out and let it be as it is.

Right now, let it be. Let everything be as it is. You need to find a way to feel good and be whole without anything changing. Because if you need something to change to be happy, you’ll never be happy.

Breathe in and give up the search!
Breathe out and access the peace, love, joy, abundance and happiness that’s already here, right now.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen: yes! I am.

Stay as you are. Rest in the I AM. If asking, “Am I aware?” doesn’t jolt you into presence, try Mooji’s question of, “Can you, the perceiver, be seen?” Can you, the perceiver of all that is, be seen? And just relax into that question. Let it stop your mind. Let it stop the seeking. And let it help you enjoy what is.

Breathe in and give up the search.
Breathe out and see how you are already found!

Turn Your Attention Around On Itself (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and be kind to yourself.
Breathe out and see how you already are being kind to yourself right now, by taking a moment to breathe.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and just enjoy this moment right here.

You made it. This is it. You’re here. You’re relaxing. You made the time. You made the time to enjoy yourself, to enjoy the moment. You made the choice to feel better and now your reality will reflect it.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go of all of your worrying and your doubts and your wondering about what’s going to happen.

The only security you really have is trusting god. Trusting what happens. It’s all happening in your favor. You can relax now and enjoy it.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for this moment. Thank you for the presence I am!

Breathe in and be the presence I AM.
Breathe out and remember who you are.

You are. That’s it. When you remember who you are, you remember that you are. You exist. It’s as simple as it gets.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and know: you exist.

You are. You can rest in this place of knowing.

Breathe in and permeate your reality with knowing!
Breathe out and know what’s going to happen!

Keep asking yourself, am I aware? Because the answer is yes, I am. I am being aware. I am being. That’s the place to stay. Being. You know how to be. What do you feel like when you say, I am being?

Breathe in and say, I am being.
Breathe out and be. Radiate being.

Shine as your being.

Breathe in and rest as you are.
Breathe out and rest in the I AM.

There are so many questions where the answer is I AM. It just takes finding the one that works for you, that turns your attention around on itself, to rest in the source, in god. And when you rest the attention in god, your whole reality becomes visibly god. Visibly miraculous. Because your attention is on god, so all you see everywhere is god. Miracles. Love.

Breathe in and say yes! To what is!
Breathe out and say thank you! For what is!

Let yourself feel excited about this day! You hold the power! It’s all in where your attention is resting! Is your attention outside of you, seeking for things, resisting things? Or is your attention resting within, on its source, on god itself? And when it’s resting on god itself, it’s just presence. It’s just the sense of being. It’s just the I am. It’s simpler than your mind will ever believe.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

I am aware that I am aware. I am being aware that I am being aware. I am resting at the source, where god is, where I meet god, where I am one with god.

Breathe in and remember you are.
Breathe out and just be.

Radiate that sense of being. Keep your attention fixed on that sense of being, the god within, the presence of god. When people talk about presence, it’s the presence of god. It’s all god and if you can keep your attention there, god is all you’ll see.

Breathe in and say yes to seeing god everywhere!
Breathe out and say thank you! Because it’s so simple and easy! Thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! There is nothing to control. There is nothing to change. All that’s left to do is enjoy being.
