Yes I am sitting in this chair. Yes i am breathing out. yes i am noticing pain in my shoulder. yes i am wondering what will happen today. yes i want more coffee. yes i am in a good mood. yes i am breathing in. yes i am breathing out. yes i am so grateful for my situation. yes i am breathing out. yes i am a little anxious. yes i am breathing in. yes i am sitting in this chair. yes i am wanting more income. yes i know that is a lack mindset. yes i am appreciating what i have. yes i am remembering my epiphany from yesterday:

nothing to gain or lose. all you have is what's here right now. if you never saw this person again, you gained nothing from the relationship and lost nothing. there was never anything to add or subtract from your being. you are the same it's all the same. all you can do is appreciate what's right in front of you. all you can do is be grateful for what's being given in this moment. if you're resisting what is or have an unpleasant narrative built up or think you're being treated unfairly: thank you god for replacing me with you. those preferences are causing suffering. let god take over. thank you god for replacing me with you.

you get to keep nothing from this. it's all just experience for the sake of experiencing. all you can do is enjoy what is and let it go when it's gone. all that's left is thoughts and those disappear too.

there is only what is given right now. it's the same realization i had with Al. you don't get to hold onto any of it. it's up to god what is given. you only get what is. there is nothing else to get or lose. there is only right now.
