You're Being Given the Perfect Thing (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because it always feels better!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Ask yourself right now, “What do I want? What do I prefer?” I just want to be in a good mood and feel good for no reason. I want to feel optimistic and excited about life. I want to feel inspired and motivated. I just want to feel good.

Breathe in and accept what you desire.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

You have nothing other than what god gives you right now. And if you want something else, it’s pretty ungrateful.

Breathe in and say thank you for what you have.
Breathe out and extinguish the flame of your desire. Just be happy with what you have, right here, right now.

And you don’t have to force yourself to do it, you just have to let go of those preferences. Surrender them.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and remember you have nothing but what god gives you in this moment.

You have nothing else other than what’s right here right now. So start saying thank you for what is, and more will be on the way. But then you’ll be feeling so good with what you have, who you are, that you won’t need any more!

Breathe in and become whole right now!
Breathe out and become whole by realizing you have nothing but what you’re given in this moment.

This moment is everything you need. Right now you’re being given the perfect thing, the perfect circumstances. Right now is perfect.

Breathe in and remember you have nothing!
Breathe out and know: you have nothing!

You have nothing but what you’re given in this moment. And not only that, but in the moment that you discern a preference—you don’t like this, you don’t like this, you want this to go away, you want this to stay—say to yourself, “I have nothing to gain by getting away from this situation.” Or, “I have nothing to lose by being here. I have nothing to gain by going someplace else. I have nothing to lose by listening to what this person says.”

Any time you notice a preference, say to yourself either, “I have nothing to gain” or, “nothing to lose.” And know that it’s true. You can’t become more whole. You can’t become more perfect than you already are. You can’t add anything to you. You’re already complete.

Breathe in and know you have nothing to gain or lose!
Breathe out and detach from the outcomes. Detach from the ups and downs of thinking you have something to gain by doing this, something to lose by doing this. Detach from all of that because all you have is right now and everything else is a thought. Even right now is a thought, but at least you can experience it.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is.
Breathe out and just say thank you.

Thank you for giving me exactly what I need in this moment. I have nothing but what I’m given by god right now. And for that I’m grateful. Right now I’m being given so much. Health, time to sit here and make a video about meditating, I have family, I have a new niece, I have summer! I have a city that I love. In this moment, I am being given so much. Time. Inspiration. Flow! A computer. Allow yourself to feel so grateful for these things you’re being given in this moment, and if you can stay in this place of gratitude, you’ll always receive everything you want. You’ll always be in a mode of receiving. You’ll always have the upper hand!

Breathe in and remember you have nothing but what you’re given right now.
Breathe out and just say thank you for what you’ve been given right now. Thank you! Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the better mood already. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
