watch yourself sit at your desk wanting to work on the new journal but not knowing where to start. watch yourself ask am i aware? yes i am aware i am here now i am aware i am letting the flow through me. watch yourself breahte out and let the flow through you. watch yourself breathe in and notice the mind wandering to the future. will it happen today? will i get what i want?

when i get what i want i will still be here in the now, still feeling the same. i can choose to feel good now. i can choose to have the best day of my life now just by asking am i aware?

when i am aware i have no problems. when i am aware there is no separation. when i am aware there is no lack. when i am aware there is no agitation. when i am aware i see the sameness. oneness is seen.

watch yourself feel like plant desperate to grow but it's still so cold. watch yourself want to explode with energy! watch yourself want to be outside! watch yourself breathe out. watch yourself breathe in. watch yourself want to write and read and do all your work all at once. watch yourself breathe out and want to use the lacrosse ball. watch yourself breathe in and want your emails to return themselves. watch yourself notice your mind seeking for pleasure, for a high. watch yourself remind yourself that when you are aware you have no problems or even desires.

am i aware?
yes i am aware of the presence of god. it's here right now. i am pure unborn awareness. pure awareness i am.

thank you god for replacing me with you. thank you god for helping me stay sober today. thank you for helping me help. thank you for the magick life. thank you for the perfect timing. thank you for the presence. thank you for the perfect timing and beautiful friends. thank you for the magick life. thank you for spring. thank you for the perfection of right now. thank you for time to write and create and make my best work. thank you for the inspiration and knowing on what to do next. thank you god for replacing me with you.

watch yourself get lost in your phone for a few minutes. watch yourself breathe in. watch yourself feel all this energy but not know how to direct it. watch yourself want to work on this journal...

what is the point of this journal?
to remember you are the source. to have something to turn to when you get lost in experience. to trust that it's happening in your favor so you can relax and be open to the miracles. to be present. to enjoy the miracles of presence. to practice present moment awareness. to be aware of being aware. to stop suffering.

the point is to stop suffering. because when i am aware i have no problems. when i am aware there is no separation. when i am aware there is no lack. when i am aware there is no agitation.

ok so the point of the journal is to stop suffering by becoming aware of being aware. the whole point is that if you're suffering, there are 4 paths to wake up to the present.
1. trust. surrender give up let go stop caring. stop trying to control! realize you are trying to control when you have none. most important thought is THANK YOU GOD FOR REPLACING ME WTIH YOU. and saying yes to what is.
2. transmute. move the energy. if you are stuck suffering or seeking, TURN THE PAIN TO ART--CREATE. and if you're waiting for a manifestation or for something to change, stop procrastinating. Do you, take care of you. if you're resisting or feeling taken for granted, practice the feeling of THANK YOU.
3. transcend. become the witness. watch. am i aware? self enquiry. simply identify as pure awareness. be. when i am aware i have no problems.
4. try again. I'm not suffering this anymore! AM i aware? And thank you. Thank you. TRUST.

the real point is just to be aware of being aware. and the use of gratitude or thank you is one route to get to the present, because when you're present you feel gratitude. so you can feel the gratitude first and the presence comes.

there are really only 3 thoughts...

1. thank you god for replacing me with you. let go of trying to control.
2. thank you. practice the feeling, be it to see it. let go of seeking/lack.
3. am i aware? go to the placeless place of unconditional love. no lack, separation, agitation. when i am aware i have no problems. let go of thought stream. simply identify as pure awareness. be.
