Yes I am full of irritation and dread even though there is nothing much to dread, a couple calls and a dr appt next week.

Yes I am tired. Yes I am watching myself. Yes I am hoping to feel better today. yes I am wanting to make my best work. oh yes i am remembering that MY MOOD IS MY WORK. ok my mood is my work right.

i am loving what is! I am loving that we can afford to get whole foods delivered. I am loving that the walmart site works again. i am loving this cloudy day and the cool breeze. i am loving that i finally showered and smell good. i am loving breathing out and writing. i am loving feeling this breeze. i am loving breathing in. i am loving relaxing my face and jaw. i am loving having plenty of money. i am loving letting life live me!

i am loving being here now. i am loving relaxing into this moment. i am loving catching up on my writing and numbers. i am loving trusting the process of life.
