I am saying yes to what is. Yes I know I need to breathe out more fully. Yes I am standing here. Yes i am listening to 2 neighbors music at the same time. Yes I am breathing in. Yes I am excited for our sunday but then i just realized we have plans tomorrow too. Yes I am breathing out. Yes I am not nervous about that. Yes I am excited for someone else to cook for us. Yes I am breathing in. Yes I am so grateful for my neighborhood. Yes I am breathing out. Yes I am letting go of my worries and choosing thank you.

What am i feeling? anxiety, but what is under that? fear of embarassment, fear of being criticized. vulnerability! I feel anxiety because i'm trying to cover up the real feeling of vulnerability! I will be vulnerable to criticism on this call and I want to be good at what i do. So the idea is all i have to do is feel the vulnerability. What does it feel like to be vulnerable? Like light tissues in my chest, or an airy kooshball, that i don't want to get crushed. it's like excitement and innocence, that i want to protect. that i want to make sure stays in tact, in it''s airy fluffy state. the vulnerability feels like having something soft and nice like a baby bird in my heart, and i'm afraid it will be crushed. it will be smashed or hurt or damaged. i want my airy baby bird to stay safe. so i feel anxious to cover up the vulnerability of having a baby bird in my chest that i'm about to show to someone else. it feels scary!
