Sluggish, and i'm supposed to look forward to feeling sluggish. I feel sluggish. I feel groggy. I feel overwhelmed, drained. I feel like it's hard to keep up. I feel like I'm falling behind. What is the emotion? I feel disappointed for one.

Yes I felt disappointed. Yes now I feel hungry. Yes I am breathing out. Yes my legs are tired. Yes I'm wondering if it will be cool enough to work out upstairs. Yes I am breathing out.
