Watch yourself feel good today though. Watch yourself breathe out and want to be present. Watch yourself breathe in and resist the urge to check the bank so you can focus and finish this. Who am i who notices the guilt? Who am i who notices the guilty one? Instead of getting rid of the things i am guilty about, can i get rid of the one who feels guilty?

Yes i am wondering how to be present. Yes i see it is the mind that is distracting me, making it seem like presence is complicated. Yes I am breathing out.

I am loving having so many orders to fill! I am loving feeling overwhelmed by my success! I am loving having a wee grocery store to go to! I am loving that it's our eve of our fully vaxxed life! I am loving being fully vaxxed! I am loving relaxing into the now. I am loving being pure awareness. I am loving that i already scooped. I am loving being here now. I am loving doing my writing and numbers every day. I am loving relaxing into the now. I am loving learning how to stay as consciousness is. I am loving being present.
