Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. It’s all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Whatever is, say yes to it. Yes I’m sitting in this chair. Yes I feel like I have to sneeze. Yes I don’t want Sunday to be over. Yes I’m breathing out. Yes I’m smiling because smiling feels good. Yes I’m breathing in. Yes I’m thinking about what I said. Yes I’m thinking about instagram. Yes I’m swallowing.

Breathe in and say yes to everything that is.
Breathe out and welcome everything that is.

Yes I feel a pain in my stomach. Yes I’m feeling unfocused today. Yes I’m glad the sun came out.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you for the time and space to be here. Thank you for the new ideas. Thank you for the flow. Thank you for the connection and the love. Thank you for this breath. Thank you for presence. Thank you for the relief I know lies beyond my thoughts.

Breathe in and lift yourself up today!
Breathe out and take responsibility for how you feel right now.

However you feel, you can change it. Just accept where you are. Yes I want to feel more high energy. Yes I’m feeling slow. Yes I’m feeling dark. Yes I’m feeling anxious. Yes I’m feeling anxious.

Breathe in and ask yourself, who am I who notices anxiety?
Breathe out and listen for the answer.

The sense of being, the sense of I AM is the witness. The noticer. The watcher. Today, transcend your thoughts and live in the love of presence, by focusing on your sense of being.

But if your’e anything like me, saying “I am” gets confusing after a while because I think about it too much. So you can try saying, “I (consciousness) am.”

I consciousness, AM. I exist. The all seing witness, exists. But even “I (consciousness) am” causes a lot of thought for me. What if we changed it to, “Consciousness IS”?

Breathing out, consciousness is

It just is. It is. It being consciousness, god, life, love, infinite intelligence, our higher selves, our highest good—IT IS. It is all of this. It is reality. It is you and me. Consciousness just is.

Breathe in and feel it: Consciousness IS.
Breathe out and relax into that knowing.

Consciousness is. Feel for the impersonal sense of being. Your sense of oneness with everything. Not the the “I” that thinks and has problems and preferences. The I, the timeless eye, the imperishable I, the witness of it all, the sense I AM. Feel for that feeling. And for me, saying “Consciousness IS,” gets me out of my mind and into being.

Breathing in consciousness is.
Breathing out consciousness is.

Consciousness IS. Feel the weight of consciousness. Feel the weightless of consciousness. Feel how every particle is consciousness. Consciousness IS.

Breathe in and celebrate! You’re free!
Breathe out and rest in the peace that consciousness is. There’s nothing to do. There’s nothing to become. We are simply here, and consciousness IS.
