Watch yourself want to be present. Watch yourself listen to the cars outside and it sounds like someone screaming. Watch yourself breahte in and wish for good news. Watch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself listen to the bread machine beeping loudly. Watch yourself hear linty in the litter box. Watch yourself be distracted.

I am loving marinating in the knowledge of who I am.
