Watch yourself sit in the chair, grateful to be rested and done with your morning chores. Watch yourself make a mental list of the chores: bathroom, weight, coffee, make fresh pot, feed the hog, chug a pint of water, brush teeth, give the hog oil, fill the pot on the stove, fill the water pitcher, fill the humidifiers, fill the hog water. Turn on all my romantic lighting, sit down to write.

Watch yourself talk to K as she wakes up. Watch yourself listen to the neighbor stuck in her driveway. Watch yourself feel linty jump in your lap. Watch yourself pet linty. Watch yourself breathe out and listen to the humidifiers. WAtch yourself breathe in. Watch yourself feel so relieved you slept well. Watch yourself breathe out and relax into the chair. Watch yourself feel grateful it's the weekend.

WAtch yourself breathe in and want to have a great day. Watch yourself breathe out and commit to having a great day. Watch yourself breathe out and trust the process of life. WAtch yourself breathe in and remember your dreams. Watch yourself breathe out and want to drink water but you're still on the mouthwash clock.

Yes I am sitting in this chair. Yes I am hungry. Yes I am perplexed. Yes I am breathing in. Yes I am breathing out. Yes I am hearing the neighbor bang around downstairs. Yes I am hearing the humidifiers. Yes I am feeling a little tense in my head. Yes I am hungry. Yes I am breathing out. Yes I am breathing out. Yes I am sitting weird to accommodate linty. Yes I am breathing out. Yes I am backspacing typos. Yes I am breathing in. Yes I am watching my thoughts.

I am very interested in this idea that people are scared of the tech panopticon, how people are always watching themselves, feeling like they're being watched. and it's seen as a bad thing. but my goal is to constantly be the watcher of my thoughts. So isn't the tech panopticon helping that in some way>? The perpetual feeling of being watched, helps me remember to be the watcher. Plus, the hawthorne effect. I guess in a way i am just trying to recreate my childhood of always being under the observation of my parents, and not behaving unless told to/enforced.

WAtch yourself breahte in. Watc hyourself breathe out and give up on backspacing typos. Watch yourself watch yourself. Watch yourself enjoy watching yourself. It's more exhausting to let your thoguhts go unwatched than it is to stay vigilant in the watching of thoguht.

WAtch yourself watch yourself, Watch yourself listen to the coffee pot click. Watch yourself feel the house shake from a truck driving by. Watch yoruself have a little headache and maybe you will take some advil. Watch yourself kind fo dread class but nto really since you're rested today. Watch yourself run through the things in your head that you can take. "What can I take?" Is the morning thought while "WHat could I have/" is the evening thought.

WATCH YOURSELF TELL YOURSELF YOU ARE ALREADY COMPLETE AND YOU DONT NEED TO TAKE OR HAVE ANYTHING!

I am already whole. I am already perfect, wow! I am fleixble and flowign. I am in the flow. I am living the magick life. i am doing everything right. I am in the flow. I am saying yes to what is. I am loving what is. I am trusting the process of life. I am letting life live me. I am connected to my source. I am watching myself. I am the watcher. The one who watches is already free!

I am saying yes to what is. I am loving what is. I am in the flow. I am doing everything right. I am making my best work. I am feeling the best I've ever felt! I am inspired! I am motivated! I am rested! I am in love with myself! I am totally in love with myself!

Yes I am listening to the garbage truck. yes i am breathing out. yes i am rushing so i can get this done before k gets out of the bathroom. yes i am devoting myself to saying yes to my thoughts today! yes i am saying yes to what is. yes i am making my best work. Yes i am letting go of my resistance by being interested in my thoughts. yes i cant wait to read today. yes i am excited for this day. yes i am so grateful to be rested!
