I am saying yes to what is. I am focused. I am winning! I am in the flow. I am flexible and flowing. I am loving what is. I am trusting the process of life. I am surrendering. I am letting life live me. I am trusting the process. I am letting go of my resistance. I am saying yes to what is.

Watch yourself sit in the chair, chewing a piece of cinnamon trident. Watch yourself try to get comfortable. Watch yourself feel better than earlier. Watch yourself feel better after a quest bar and a cup of coffee. Watch yourself feel anxious and want to leave. Watch yourself want to say yes to what is.

Yes there is sun shining on my keyboard. Yes I feel a little off today. Yes I am pretty sick of the winter/cold. Yes I am still anxious. Yes I am just sitting here chewing gum. Yes I am tired of my hands being so dry. Yes I want to put some chapstick on. Yes I wish I was more inspired.

Yes my back hurts and i don't know why but probably from sitting in the car. Yes I don't really want to get back in the car because it smells. Yes I already ordered food for pickup at 4pm and eggs for pickup at 3pm so we're def getting back in the car. yes I am so glad I posted my video today> yes i am so grateful for comments and donations.

Yes I want to celebrate and have fun! Yes I want good news! Yes I want to be my reason for feeling good. Yes I want to feel good> Yes I miss pwny. Yes I miss my family. Yes I'm making up stories in my head, causing drama and pain and suffering. Yes I want to just enjoy the moment.

Yes I am just sitting here. Yes I know I can enjoy the moment if i really want to.

Yes I am sitting here in this chair, in a sun spot, thinking about what I'm going to wear. Yes I want to feel better. Yes I have a little headache. Yes I am breathing out and chewing gum. Yes I want to have fun> yes i want something to look forward to. YEs I want to feel inspired and creative. Yes I want to have another flow creative moment like the mmr cover. yes i want to feel inspired. Yes I want to feel lust for life!! What makes me feel lust for life?

Feeling good/attractive/strong in my body
Making good/inspired/flowing work
Being the observer of my thoughts and feeling better/lighter because of it
Recording/posting meditation videos that help me feel better
Getting good news in my inbox about income, projects, praise
Counting to 10k
Meditating
Reading good books
When I am present!!

I am present. I am saying yes to what is. I am in the flow. I am flexible and flowing. I am making my best work. I am feeling the best I've ever felt. I am creative and inspired and I am loving what is!
