It works the best when resisting, I guess I'm not resisting as much? Now today I am beating myself up, judging. Feeling sorry for myself. Wanting to whip my body. Hahahahahaha

Today I intend to stop suffering. I intend to dismiss the urges... I intend to feel better! I intend to love. I intend to accept what is. I intend to make peace with what is. I intend to love myself and not give a fuck! I intend to lighten the fuck up! I intend to make my best work! I intend to get out of my head! I intend to be the watcher! I intend to love what is! I AM LOVING WHAT IS. I AM A LOVER OF WHAT IS. Anything else is painful insanity! It is what it is.

I've noticed I am having trouble being the watcher of my thoughts, and that's ok. I've noticed I am struggling with relating to my thoughts, and that's ok. It's working itself out.
