Grateful for the internet and heat and water and plumbing and electricity. Grateful to be here now. Grateful to let go of my resistance and breathe easy. Grateful no thoughts are true. Grateful for marimba music. Grateful for fresh starts. Grateful for plenty of money. Grateful to always have enough. Grateful to be here now. Grateful for my friends and family. - I should make that appointment (is it true? I SHOULDN'T make that appointment)
- I should hurry so we can get to class (Is it true? I shouldn't hurry to get to class)
- I have an itch I want to scratch (is it true? I have an itch I don't want to scratch)
- I like this song (is it true? yes! it's a thought of love)
- I have to pee (is it true? I don't have to pee... yet)
- I should write my reflections so I remember them (is it true? I shouldn't write my reflections, so I remember them)
- I want to hurry up and get to class before my coffee wears off (is it true? i don't want to hurry up and get to class before my coffee wears off)
- I want a distraction (is it true? i don't want a distraction)
- I wish i liked shpongle (is it true? i don't wish i liked shpongle)

To every thought, I respond with either
- That's not true
- That's not me

And when I ask, what is me? The answer is only love. Anything that isn't love is an illusion.

I am focused. I am in the flow. I am trusting the process of life. I am surrendering. I am letting life live me. I am inquiring. I am facing my thoughts.

That's not me!!!
