Watch yourself ask yourself, "Is that thought true?" No thoughts are true.
Watch yourself breathe in. Watch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself feel like you can conquer feelings of irritation and annoyance now. That's not me. That thought is not true. Watch yourself feel excited about life! You can separate yourself from your thoughts! It's getting easier!
Watch yourself separate yourself from your thoughts and emotions. I am not my thoughts or emotions! I can watch them with detachment!
Watch yourself watch your thoughts. "Is there something else I should be doing? Why is my eye so itchy? Why do my feet hurt? I am hungry. I don't want to work out. Where's my stimmy check?" And then the mind gets quieter and quieter when it's watched.
Watch yourself breathe in and smell the candle burning in the other room. Watch yourself breathe out and look back at lint sleeping in the bed. Watch yourself crave more coffee. Watch yourself crave more stimulation. Watch yourself try to really notice your thoughts and urges.
Watch yourself get an urge for stimulation. "That's not me." "No thought is true."
Watch yourself feel more separation from your thoughts. Watch yourself want to get so much better at this! Watch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself breathe out.
Watch yourself breathe in and watch your thoughts. "I should record a video today. I hope my video is good today. My chest feels warm. Am I tired? Can I have more coffee yet? I hope pump is easy. Wonder what my mom is doing right now. I don't want to make that appointment. I'm spacing out. I feel lazy. I wonder if there's enough water in the boiling water pot on the stove. What's up with my eyes. I wish I had better new music to listen to. I want an obsession."
Watch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself breathe in. Watch yourself try to crack your back, again. Watch yourself feel empowered because you get to be the watcher. Watch yourself feel so grateful for ebooks and the library. Watch yourself like the beat of this song. Watch yourself try to crack your jaw. Watch yourself want another bank to check. Watch yourself want to get distracted. Watch yourself shift on your feet. Watch yourself feel a little crabby but have a treatment plan for it. Watch yourself feel the urge for stimulation again.
Should I? Shouldn't it? That's not me. No thought is true.
Watch yourself feel irritated that the targeted marketing doesn't know I already applied for that credit card and got rejected. Watch yourself say to yourself, "that's not me."
Watch yourself get distracted by the chat. Watch yourself just want to read your book. Watch yourself want to feel energized and want to work out. I want to work out! I am excited to work out! Any resistant thought, that's not me. Any resistant thought, that's not true.
Watch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself remember the chakras.
