Already Perfect, Wow Again!

Jessica Mullen
Watch yourself sit in the chair, listening to Pandora. Watch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself feel grateful for your budget spreadsheet. Watch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself breathe in. Watch yourself breathe out.

Watch yourself go into the kitchen and take the lid off the almost-boiling pot of water. Watch yourself come back into your office and sit down heavily. Watch yourself feel hungry. Watch yourself want to do a good job. Watch yourself want speed. WAtch yourself feel a little overwhelmed, even though you know you don't have THAT much to do today. Watch yourself want to feel stronger and more energized.

WAtch yourself relax into the chair. Watch yourself look back at the cats. WAtch yourself wonder why they don't eat more of their wet food. WAtch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself breathe in. Watch yourself relax your body. Watch yourself feel a little crabby.

WAtch yourself wonder if you're just hungry. Watch yourself want speed. Watch yourself always want speed. Watch yourself know that it's focus you're after. Watch yourself skip the song on pandora because it has an annoying trumpet.

WAtch yourself hear your favorite song (the seed of the pandora station, belfast by orbital) come on. Watch yourself know everything is going to be ok. Watch yourself wonder why you haven't lost any more weight. Watch yourself watch yourself wonder. WAtch yourself want to stop wondering so much. You never have to wonder, they say.

Watch yourself breathe in. Watch yourself know that you're about to take control of your vibration and feel better. Watch yourself smell bacon from microwaving the cat food. WATch yourself breathe in. Watch yourself breathe out. WAtch yourself feel relieved about the cats. WAtch yourself misstype and write cars, and feel relieved you don't have a car. WAtch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself breathe in and feel excited about the chunk of blue cheese you get to eat with breakfast.

WAtch yourself breathe out and want to focus. You counted to 900 already, keep it up. Watch yourself feel like it's so dark in here. It's been gray out a long time. WAtch yourself crave the sun. WAtch yourself steel yourself for the pms that's coming up in a day or two. WAtch yourself want to be rid of that limiting belief, but at the same time think it's kind of funny and neat to be able to predict your moods.

WAtch yourself breathe in and relax. Watch yourself breathe out and feel relieved, settle into the rhythm of writing. WAtch yourself look over at the bank tab that you just got logged out of,. Watch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself relax your shoulders and wish for a massage. WAtch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself breathe out.

I am so grateful for my health and wife and kitties and home> I am so grateful to always have plenty. I am so grateful for the furnace and hot water and washing machine and dryer. I am so grateful for the unclogged sink. I am so grateful for Keke and Ryan. I am so grateful for my friends and family. I am so grateful to be in the right place at the right time. I am so grateful for my perfect apartment. I am so grateful for Cleveland. I am so grateful to wake up to good news. I am so grateful for sales and orders.

Watch yourself write "LLC" in upcoming projects in your BMJ. Watch yourself feel like it's time. WAtch yourself breathe in. Watch yourself breathe out. Watch yourself relax your body. Watch yourself breathe in. WAtch yoruself breahte out and yawn.

I am focused. I am focused today. I am already perfect, wow!

Watch yourself remember the power of already perfect wow! It brings miracles every time. WAtch yourself decide that's your focus today, other than counting. Already perfect, wow!

Watch yourself desire to make your best work. Watch yourself want to feel inspired. WAtch yourself want more energy. Watch yourself feel kinda pissed about how affected you are by the moon phases. WAtch yourself also know you like being in tune with nature. WAtch yourself resist, and remember that you can say yes to what is and it will pass.

Yes to low energy. Yes to feeling overwhelmed about what you have to do, and wanting speed. Yes to wanting speed. Yes to having to clean up cat messes. Yes to feeling hungry. Yes to feeling overwhelmed. Yes to wanting new music. Yes to the grey day. Yes to winter in Cle. Yes to all the wondering. Yes to the waning moon. Yes to having to walk to the mailbox. Yes to feeling overwhelmed by all the DOING. Yes to wanting to rest more. Yes to realizing you just want presence, and to stop thinking about all you have to do in the future.

So if you want presence, how to get there? Counting helps, but already perfect wow always slows you down into the present.

This day is already perfect, WOW! The music is already perfect, wow! My hunger is already perfect, wow! My weight is already perfect, wow! The state of my body is already perfect, wow! The way I'm affected by the moon and PMS is already perfect, wow! THe time we eat breakfast is already perfect, wow! My writing is already perfect, wow!

Sometimes when I do the already perfect, I can get a numb peaceful calm to wash over me, like a kratom or really high weed feeling. I think that's the goal.

How I feel is already perfect, wow!
My apartment is already perfect, wow!
My wife and kitties are already perfect, wow!
Cleveland is already perfect, wow!
Life is already perfect, wow!
I am already perfect, wow!
My work is already perfect, wow!

What do you want?
For grit to be fun. For walking to the mailbox to be fun and to get home safe. For the messes to clean themselves. To have energy without speed. TO be present and have the already perfect mindset stick today. To be focused today. To make my best work. To record my best video. For the wholesale order to collect itself easily and effortlessly. To have everything we need for the order. To have fun with K working on SoLD. To feel energized and in the flow. To remember to say yes to what is, and focus on it already being perfect.

It's already perfect, wow!
