In the bedroom, about to go to bed, feeling elated at a job well done!
Now, breathe a sigh of relief. Take a deep breath, and exhale like you would if you were totally at peace and looking at your manifestation with contentedness. You did it! You got what you wanted!
Keep practicing breathing a sigh of relief until you feel truly relieved. Sometimes a good breath is all we need to get back in the flow.
