Today I woke up slightly before my alarm, around 9:10. Came down, drank coffee, brushed teeth, started the rags. Made a fresh pot for K. Sat for about 7 minutes before she got up. Then we went on the balcony for a few minutes but it was chilly and windy. Came in and ate breakfast, yog and granog. With honey roasted pecans my favorite nut of all time.

Took our order to the mailbox, then we got a wholesale inquiry and worked on our website's shipping options. I wrote another email campaign about counting. Then we went to the track and ran 2 miles. So fun and so nice out!

Came home and stretched and read twitter for a while. Ate leftover fried rice for lunch. K showered and I did some bookkeeping. I planted pwny's grass patch! I filled three small pots with dirt and the wheatgrass seed. So excited for her!

Then we meditated and I made kodiak banana bread. While it cooked I recorded. Just ate the banana bread for dinner, it was incredible!

I am so grateful for my health and my home and my wife and kitties. I am so grateful to always have plenty. I am so grateful my check is on the way. I am so grateful to have plenty of groceries. I am so grateful to have a local farmstand. I am so grateful to let life live me. I am so grateful to have the perfect home and get to stay another year! I am so grateful to have kratom and coffee and weed. I am so grateful to be in perfect health. I am so grateful to be in a good mood! I am so grateful to lighten up and enjoy life today!

Wouldn't it be nice to trust the process of life? Wouldn't it be nice to wake up to so many orders and new subs? Wouldn't it be nice to play? Wouldn't it be nice to let it come to me? Wouldn't it be nice to go with the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to surrender? Wouldn't it be nice to allow well being to flow?
