Today I got up at 820. I wanted to sleep in but my body didn't want to. I like getting up early anyway. Did the laundry and meditated. K came down and we did our journaling. Ate an apple and some prunes for breakfast. Then we did grit cardio 30. I showered after class then made lunch, the yam n eggs. And a smoothie. Down to 3 servings of spinach left in the freezer, and 5 apples. Going to try ordering from whole foods this week.

After lunch we did more laundry and meditated. I love restoring the years the locusts have eaten. Then my sister called and it was great to talk to her. Now we're waiting for the oven to heat up so we can have leftover lasagna. The sun came out!
