Today I got up at 8am. I started the pee rag laundry (washing daily has really been working out, and we have enough to last a whole day so our TP consumption is next to 0!). I did my meditation and counting (4000) and then worked on the SoLD email we sent out today. I finished writing it, then went to put the laundry in the dryer. K got up and I did the litter. We ate breakfast then we talked about the email for a while and tried to fix a cart coupon issue for an hour or so. Then we did grit cardio 30, which was really fun but wow so draining. Came back down and I made lunch (biscuit with egg) while K fixed this image for the email.

After lunch K did the dishes and I finished up the email. She got in the shower and I hit send. It was a successful campaign and we got quite a lot of orders! So glad we have something to give!

After she showered we meditated and I may have dozed for a few seconds. Just trying to remember that my consciousness of the presence of god within me is my supply... I have a few ways to practice staying conscious of the presence of god within me:

- What's the activity?
- NMRK
- Thank you
- Be my meditating self by thinking, "Breathing in ______, Breathing out _______" (This one worked great yesterday)
- Counting (at 6000 so far today)

After I finish this I'm making kodiak bread for dinner with our last 3 bananas. We've been talking about going to the store on foot soon... but I know I for one am not ready. I will try to order dave's or whole foods before doing that.

But we haven't left the house since... last thursday (it's wednesday) and I know I need to get some fresh air! That is a looooong time to stay inside. Really fucking grateful for our LMOD classes for keeping us in shape and energized.

After I make the kodiak bread, K is going to call her mom and I'll post my video.

So happy and grateful to have my kitties and wife and health and home. SO happy and grateful to have my parents and siblings and friends and family. So grateful to get texts from friends. SO grateful to feel connected to the flow. SO happy and grateful to be here now. SO happy and grateful I know it's all working out for me. So happy and grateful to have an apple to eat. SO happy and grateful to surrender to the flow and say yes to what is.

Wouldn't it be nice to have the best night of my life? WOuldn't it be nice to lighten up and relax? WOuldn't it be nice to remember to be present and aware of the presence of god within me tonight? Wouldn't it be nice to go with the flow? Wouldn't it be nice to play and have fun? Wouldn't it be nice to get a massage? Wouldn't it be nice to get good news? Wouldn't it be nice to just lET GO OF ALL MY THOUGHTS ABOUT THE FUTURE??

I intend to stay conscious of the presence of god within me. I intend to say thank you. I intend to count to 10k. I intend to focus on counting until I get to 10k. I intend to post my best vid yet. I intend to make my best art yet. I intend to record my best vid yet. I intend to love yeah love!

I intend to surrender. I intend to enjoy being. I intend to play. I intend to smile and feel good! I intend to feel better! I intend to be light! I intend to make my best work! I intend to enjoy my life the way it is!

I intend to have fun! I intend to let go! I intend to surrender! I intend to choose my thoughts! I intend to take care of myself! I intend to love! I intend to not give a fuck! I intend to enjoy life! I intend to be kind! I intend to lighten up and have the best night of my life!

I am allowing well being to flow. I am allowing life to live me. I am trusting the process of life. I am doing everything right. I am connected and in the flow. I am lightening up! I am trusting the process. I am one with life. I am remembering who I am. I am remembering my power. I am here now. I am focused on the consciousness of the presence of god within me! I am love yeah love!
