Today I got up at 830 and started the pee rags in the laundry right away. Then I meditated for about 45 minutes. K got up shortly after that. We ate breakfast (toast) and then K did the litter. We started getting ready to work out and I did my Cult of Counting handbook for a few minutes. Then we did body pump 102. Then we hung out upstairs for a bit... then I got in the shower. K showered right after me and I made us lunch (pot pie leftovers) and started a load of clothes laundry. We meditated and then I applied for unemployment. Clients aren't really in the mood to do much right now. Worth a shot!

Now I'm here doing my writing and I am so hungry! Waiting to eat this taco filling for dinner. Weighed 115.5 today.

So back to the Pro plan... Day 12. A nice synchronicity was that last night I listened to a Ramin Nazer trip report video where he talked about his "I AM" epiphany. And that's in day 2 of the pro plan. The divine presence I AM.

Wouldn't it be nice to get those benefits! Wouldn't it be nice to get that $1200 check! Wouldn't it be nice to relax more and more into the present moment! Wouldn't it be nice to trust the process of life! Wouldn't it be nice to let life live me! Wouldn't it be nice to surrender! Wouldn't it be nice to feel better!
