Last night I listened to Hamilton Morris do a livestream with the Brooklyn Psychedelic Society guy. It was so good! I missed Hamilton so much! I listened to it on youtube while I did a photoshoot of our products: a new printable, and 3 zines that needed updated photos. I was trying to finish listening to it just now but I have to focus and do my writing before making dinner (vegan pot pie, and making some taco filling for lunches). But I subscribed to Hamilton's patreon and I'm very excited about that!
Today I got up around 830. It stormed all night and was very dark and cloudy when I got up. I did my eft and chakra alignment and meditated for 30 minutes or so, counting to 6000. It was so nice. I intend to count every single morning! It makes my day so much better to count first thing instead of scroll bad news!
I read a couple chapters from Carrie Fisher's book Wishful Drinking, then started in on my MMR. Then K got up and we ate cheerios and bananas. I cleaned up the cats and then we did Body Pump 94 right around noon. It's fucking awesome when we do it earlier in the day! Much higher energy. Had a great class but by the end it got so hard. It was our 3rd pump this week and normally we only do 2, so my body wasn't really used to the extra demand. It got hard as hell by the shoulder track.
Then Kelly showered and I took some nudes to post for march! They looked good! I can't believe my good fortune! I feel strong and beautiful! It's a miracle! Today I weighed 117.5. It's my new set point I guess. When I first started losing weight like over a year ago, I wanted to get to 120. I always thought it was a pipe dream! It seemed unachievable for years and years, mostly because I was drinking. But ...
Red Scare helped me do it lol. That's my secret. And go to bed hungry as often as you can. Those are the two ultimate secrets to weight loss to anyone who care enough about my life to be reading these diary entries lmao. Red Scare and go to bed hungry. Done.
I mean I eat plenty of calories, but my weakness has always been night snacking. I go crazy. So if i just brush my teeth after dinner I don't usually snack, and I might be hungry when I go to bed but over time the results are huge. I also count every single calorie i put in my mouth so there's that... it's called consciousness, ever heard of it!
Ok so anyway I took my nudes and then we had some toast for lunch. Mine with butter and pb and k fried an egg. Then I did the dishes, made a fresh pot of coffee and we meditated. I was wrecked from class so I dozed. But that always is so energizing to me. That's where these pro plan notes come in... I keep my mind and thoughts off this world by napping instead of thinking.
I acknowledge the inner presence as the only activity in my financial affiars!

After we meditated, I saw the chocolate chips from walmart had been delivered so i went down to get the laundry out of the dryer and get the package and take the trash out. Then K and I talked about our new zines a little bit and here I am. I just got the bag of potatoes out and am soaking them all in water vinegar to clean them before cooking. Gotta find the pot pie recipe... We don't have any celery or jalapenos to go in it but it should still be good.
Kelly is making more pee rags right now. So far we have 12. We go through them very quickly lol. Trying to figure out the number we need for just one day. PRobably like 50. So it's going to be a lot of washing, but it sure will save a lot of money in tp! Especially since we can find any to buy anyway!
