I am choosing right now to direct my thoughts and feel better. I am choosing to feel better and lighten up and enjoy life. I am choosing to enjoy life the way it is. I am choosing to appreciate what I have and practice gratitude. I am choosing to be grateful. I am choosing to appreciate. I am choosing to direct my thoughts. I am choosing to be here now. I've noticed I'm feeling overwhelmed and stressed and I've decided to feel good about that. I've let that go. I've noticed I'm feeling a little panicked and that's ok. I've noticed I am not keeping up my mental fitness the way I want to and that's ok. I've noticed I want to be more deliberate in my thinking and that's ok. I've decided to feel good about this situation. It's working itself out.
