So happy and grateful to let go. So happy and grateful to have good news. So happy and grateful to be connected to the flow. So happy and grateful to be here now. So happy and grateful to have another day. So happy and grateful to let go of my obsessive thoughts. So happy and grateful to let go of my resistance. So happy and grateful to always have plenty. So happy and grateful to surrender and trust the process of life. SO happy and grateful to have good music to listen to. So happy and grateful to be in the flow.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a great workout? Wouldn't it be nice to feel energized and in the flow more? Wouldn't it be nice to let go of my resistance? Wouldn't it be nice to feel compassion and love? Wouldn't it be nice to lighten up and have fun? Wouldn't it be nice to laugh and have fun? Wouldn't it be nice to enjoy being? Wouldn't it be nice to follow through on some of these projects???

Wouldn't it be nice if all those things did themselves? Wouldn't it be nice to lighten up? Wouldn't it be nice to feel the best I've ever felt? Wouldn't it be nice to feel energized? Wouldn't it be nice to make my best work? Wouldn't it be nice to feel like moving my body more? Wouldn't it be nice to have the best dinner ever? Wouldn't it be nice to get 20 orders tonight? Wouldn't it be nice to play and laugh and have fun? Wouldn't it be nice to get a massage? Wouldn't it be nice to get new tats? Wouldn't it be nice to get great news? Wouldn't it be nice to have a friend visit? Wouldn't it be nice to find more places to go?

I intend to have a good attitude today. I intend to lighten up and have fun! I intend to make my best work. I intend to be present.

Now I'm typing these words. Now I hear the music. I hear the guitar. Now I feel linty on my lap. Now I notice the white screen. Now I see the trails. Now i notice the books on my desk. Now I'm starting to feel a tinge of hunger. Now I'm noticing my screen cleaning cloth standing up like a ghost. Now I notice I'm thinking about dreading class. Now I am hearing drums. Now I am feeling mildly nauseated. Now I am hearing clapping and guitar. Now I am hearing the voices on the track before they start. Now I am feeling lintys ears twitching. Now I am thinking about nate. Now I am thinking about ryan. Now I am wondering what I'm going to eat next. Now I am trying to relax. Now I am trying to feel excited about my work. Now i am surrendering to the now. Now I am becoming lighter. Now I am breathing in. Now I am breathing in. Now I am breathing in.

Now I am breating out. Now I am typing these letters. Now I am thinking about "amerikua". Now I am feeling the pressure of my headphones on my temples. Now I am chastising myself for procrastinating and getting distracted. Now I am trying to be nice to myself. Now I am still. Now I am noticing the eyeball over my desk. Now I am feeling the tension in my shoulder and relaxing my arms.

Now I am breathing in.
Now I am breathing out.

Now I am feeling my headphones sliding off my head. Now I am craving ACTIVITY and STIMULATION. Now I am remembering "there is nowhere to go." Now I am resisting that idea. Now I am craving a car. Now I am craving distraction and something outside of me to fill me up. Now I about to yawn. Now I am breathing out.

Now I am feeling the tension in my ankle. Now I am feeling a little more relaxed. Now I am breathing out> Now I am thinking about that creep and how i supposedly forgave him. Now I am noticing Linty walking on my desk. Now I am feeling the trigger point in my elbow. Now I am feeling hungry. Now I am chastising myself for feeling hungry because i think i just want another distraction. Now linty is bathing next to me. Now I am hearing ukelele and guitar.

Now I am slouching down in my chair. Now I am feeling tension in my back. Now i am feeling pressure to go workout. Now I am chastising myself for resisting working out. Now I am noticing how often I chastise myself. Now I am noticing my feet at uncomfortable angles. Now I am breathign in. Now I am brething in. Now I am breathing out. Now I am breathing out.

Now I want to check my word count so I can be done with this. Still 150 words to go.

I love it wheN I do my writing. I love it when I feel better. I love it when linty wants to be near me. I love it when I don't resist working out. I love it wheN I am present. I love it when I have somewhere I want to go. I love it when I remember there is nowhere to go! I love it when I let go of my worries> I love it when I feel energized and in the vortex! I love it when I feel good! I love it when I feel strong! I love it when I know what I want!

What do I want?
To get this workout over with
For dinner to cook itself
To record my best video ever
To feel inspired
To feel like working on my projects
To have a good attitude and stop resisting everything so much
To be somewhere warm outside
TO be outside more
To be in nature more
To ride my bike
To let go of my fear of death
To get a bunch of orders
To just be here now and stop trying to ESCAPE CONSTANTLY!
