I already live the life I want!

I am so grateful to be here now. I've been thinking a lot about morning rituals. And I have daily habits that I try to do every day, but it would be nice to have more of them happen in the morning. Want to hear my habits? Of course you do. I use an app called Habit Bull to track them and some of them I only try to do 3-5 times a week. Here they are:

  • Count at least to 100.
  • Write at least 3 days a week.
  • Meditate every day.
  • Leave the house 6 days a week.
  • Take a 1 second video every day.
  • Work on SoLD 6 days a week.
  • Post my videos 3 times a week.
  • Read a chapter 4 days a week.
  • Play music 5 days a week.
  • Play with flow toys 6 days a week.
  • Work out 1 day a week.
  • Record what I eat every day.
  • Backbends and handstands 4 days a week.
  • EFT once a week.
  • Chakra alignment 4 days a week.

These are the most important habits I have in my life... and they are the ones I still have to consciously choose to keep them in my life. Things like basic hygiene, cooking and cleaning are thankfully already in my flow. I don't have to remind myself to do laundry or the dishes or brush my teeth. It also really helps to have a wife who helps a lot with those things...

Anyway so back to the morning ritual. Ideally before I do anything else in my day, I'd like to:

  • Count to 10,000.
  • Write.
  • Meditate.
  • Read.
  • Play music.
  • Flow.
  • Backbends and handstands.
  • EFT.
  • Chakra alignment.

So now that I see what would be nice in my morning ritual, I will rearrange those habits in my app and prioritize them. The rest can fall where they may, and are more contingent on other people or times of day.

Leaving the house.
1 second video.
Work on SoLD.
Post video.
Work out.
Record what I eat.

Now I've rearranged them into my ideal order.
Morning:

  1. Write
  2. Backbends and handstands
  3. Chakra Alignment
  4. EFT
  5. Counting
  6. Read chapter
  7. Flow
  8. Music
  9. Meditate

Any time:

  1. Record food daily.
  2. Record 1 second daily.
  3. Leave the house 6 days a week.
  4. Work out 1x a week (though really I prefer 5).
  5. Work on SoLD daily.
  6. Post vid thrice weekly.

So there are the most important habits I have separated into a morning ritual and a semi-daily practice. I feel so organized when I know WHAT to do and in WHAT order.

So to the chakras then...

Breathing out I activate my throat chakra

Breathing in I bring energy into my solar plexus chakra

Breathing in I bring energy into my navel chakra
Breathing out I activate my navel chakra

Breathing in I bring energy into my root chakra
Breathing out I activate my root chakra

Thank you for helping me see with compassion and love. Thank you for helping me practice what I preach. Thank you for helping me relax and say yes and thank you. Thank you for reminding me to just be grateful. Thank you for helping me act with love. Thank you for helping me be headless. Thank you for helping me treat others with respect and love.

One thing I would like more of... act as if... I spend more time in forests and outdoors. I mean we walk outside plenty, but it's often in the city. WE do go to the lake a lot, and that counts for a lot. IT would just be nice to spend more time in the trees. Away from the city.

Even though I'm heated from being a public figure, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself.

Even though I don't want to look at that thing that repulses me, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself.

Even though I am disappointed in myself, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself exactly the way I am.

Even though I am unfocused, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself.

Even though I am frustrated I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself.

I'm ready for a paradigm shift. I've let that shit go!
