I intend to be my reason for feeling good. I intend to embrace my magick. I intend to flow.
I intend to let go of my worries. I intend to be kind and compassionate.

I intend to live the magick life. I intend to feel good about myself. I intend to work out in the morning.
I intend to make better decisions. I intend to be more conscious. I intend to love yeah love.
I intend to be here now. I intend to use presence for my energy source.

I intend to deliberately focus my attention with greater care. I intend to focus my attention on what I want and what I want more of. I intend to have the best year of my life.

I intend to feel better. i intend to pay attention to what I want. I intend to refocus. I have everything I want.

I intend to feel courageous and brave. I intend to feel fearless and carefree. I intend to love myself and my body exactly the way I am. I intend to eat light and in a way that feels good.

I intend to BREAK FREE OF ADDICTION. I intend to BE MY REASON FOR FEELING GOOD. I intend to love yeah love. I intend to feel and live the magick life.

I intend to sleep and remember my dreams. I intend to make my best work. I intend to feel good about myself. I intend to love myself. I intend to appreciate myself.

POSITIVE ASPECTS OF OVEREATING
full and don't have to think about eating for over 12 hours
will have many days where i don't overeat because don't want to feel this way
i know how i don't want to feel and therefore how i want to feel
i don't want to feel sluggish and lazy and overindulgent
i want to feel light and energized and PRESENT
it will make me more focused on eating right for a couple weeks
don't have to weigh myself tomorrow
learning how to feel good
learning moderation and temperance
learning to take care of myself
learning to not take it so seriously
learning to not beat myself up and to appreciate what i have
learning to be grateful
i should just be grateful!
i have this habit of feeling so guilty when i get too much
too much food or money or attention or
instead of guilt i choose gratitude

i am so happy and grateful to be full! i am so happy and grateful i didn't have to cook! I am so happy and grateful my body is nourished and energized! I am so happy and grateful my muscles will fully recover now! I am so happy and grateful I know I will wake up energized! I am so happy and grateful I know better what I want and how I want to feel! I am so happy and grateful I am learning to be more in touch with my body! I am learning to live in my body!

I am so grateful to always have plenty! I am so grateful to have a healthy body that can eat whatever I want! I am so grateful to have my health! I am so grateful to have perfect health! I am so grateful my blood pressure is normal again! I am so grateful to feel better! I am so grateful to love myself! I am so grateful to feel connected to the flow again! I am so grateful for epiphanies and answers! I am so grateful to feel healthy and connected! I am so happy and grateful to have more than enough! I am so grateful to transmute my suffering into joy! i am so grateful to be energized for days! I am so grateful to be satisfied! I am so grateful to be satisfied with what I have! I am so grateful to love myself the way I am! I am so grateful to be satisfied with what i have!

I am letting myself feel better through gratitude for all that is. I am grateful for all that is.

I am so grateful for my health and for my wife. I am so grateful to have the time affluence to nap on sunday night. I am so grateful to have money for pizza delivery. I am so grateful to have chocolate chips and spinach smoothies. I am so grateful to have abraham hicks! I am so grateful for the peaceful house. I am so grateful for the working furnace and the humidifier. I am so grateful to always have plenty. I am so grateful it's getting easier to feel better.

I am so grateful for my health.

I am so grateful to have people who inspire me. I am so grateful that I can start the rest of my life right now.
10:11pm on sunday january 5th I begin the rest of my life.

A life of paying attention to what I want and what I want more of.

I am so grateful I get to begin again right now.
