Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and open up to the present moment!
Breathe out and just be here now.

All great spiritual leaders—the thing they have in common, is that they give us access to the Now.

Breathe in and give yourself access to the Now.
Breathe out and just be here now.

In the present moment, there’s nothing to worry about, because you’re not thinking about the past or the future. And everything’s fun because having fun is your natural state. Feeling good is your natural state. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad!

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and relax your body.

If you’re thinking, you’re not present. If you’re thinking, you’re in the future or the past. In the present there are no thoughts. In the present, it’s just awareness. It’s just being the observer.

Breathe in and access the Now.
Breathe out and smile because it’s fun accessing the Now!

Life is fun in the present moment! Life is exciting when you are here, now! Not in your head, not in the past, but in your body, awake!

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and decide to have fun today because you are accessing the Now!

Let that be your mental code today, as you go about your day, say to yourself, “Access the Now.”

Breathe in and access the Now.
Breathe out and feel so excited about getting to live this miracle, right now!

When you say, “Access the Now” to yourself let it jar you into the present moment. Start listening to what other people are saying, start paying attention to all the messages and symbols and abundance around you!

Breathe in and access the Now.
Breathe out and be here now.

Today, be the observer of your thoughts instead of getting lost in your thoughts. You’ll still have thoughts when you’re present, but you can just let them go instead of following them down the trail.

Breathe in and be the observer.
Breathe out and feel lighter already!

You’re accessing the Now! This is the whole goal of spirituality and religion. It’s to just be here now! In the present moment, that is where god dwells. That is where love is. That is where miracles are happening right here in front of us!

Breathe in and access the Now!
Breathe out and let go of your worries and feel relieved!

Life already is the way you want it to be!
