I Love You and I Understand (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your shoulders.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and and let go of your worries.

Let yourself feel whatever you’re feeling right now.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What am I feeling right now?”
Breathe out and listen.

I’m feeling so sad because of impermanence and I feel sad because I feel rejected. How do you feel?

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and just let yourself feel however you feel, right now.

Relax your body. Let yourself just be here now.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and be here now.

This is the right place and the right time and you are doing everything right. However you feel right now, is exactly how you’re supposed to feel.

Breathe in and now ask yourself, “How do I prefer to feel?”
Breathe out and think about it, how do I prefer to feel?

I prefer to feel energized and playful! And loving! I prefer to feel enthusiastic about life. I prefer to feel in love with myself and not care about what other people think about me!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

It’s time to let these emotions pass through us and move on to what we choose to feel. We are the creators. It’s up to us to choose what we think and how we feel and what we do.

Breathe in and welcome however you’re feeling.
Breathe out and tell however you’re feeling, “I love you and I understand. I love you and I understand. I love you and I understand.”

Breathe in and relax. You’re making peace with what is.
Breathe out and now let go of that feeling. You’ve embraced it, you love it, you understand it. It’s safe to let it go now.

Breathe in and make space for how you want to feel.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

It’s always best to feel how you feel instead of bottling up and numbing yourself. However you feel today, I love you and I understand.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Life is supposed to be fun. But life is also deep and mysterious. Today, however you feel, whatever you do, it’s all okay. And whatever it is that you’re doing, thinking, feeling, or being, just say to yourself, “I love you and I understand.”

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

And now that we’ve let ourselves feel our feelings, whatever the opposite side of the wave is, is now on the way! So get ready to feel energized and playful!
