Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and be here now!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

Surrender your preferences. Let your body relax. Let your mind slow down.

Breathe in and feel a little bit of energy come into you!
Breathe out and start feeling excited about your life!

Right now marks the point where you take control back from your thoughts! And you become the conscious creator you were born to be!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Mindset is everything! If you can put your mind to it, you can have it. But! Traditionally that means if you can focus on your goals and check things off lists, and never give up, you’ll get your goal. But what mindset being everything actually means is whatever you put your mind to—your singular focus, your affirmation or your counting or your breath—that mindset, that devotion to your mindset to having a peaceful mental rhythm—that is what brings you to your goals, that focus on ONE THING. It can be on a goal, but usually in practice, it’s on a single thought, or a single thought pattern. So today, remember mindset is everything and decide: what are you going to put your mind to today?

Breathe in and feel so excited you have your power back!
Breathe out and let go of all of those worries!

You don’t need them. They don’t help anything. It’s time to focus your attention on ONE SINGLE POINT. That is what “mindset is everything” means—to keep your attention on a single point. When you do that, you feel so much better, because you’re not dragged down by your thoughts!

Breathe in and feel so relieved!
Breathe out and smile! Life loves you and wants to help you!

Right now, this moment is so magickal. You are receiving the guidance that you need to have whatever you want, to be whatever you want, do whatever you want. Just remember: mindset is everything!

Breathe in and choose your singular focus.
Breathe out and decide right now: what is your singular focus?

It can be silent counting. It can be chanting “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo”. It can be focusing on your breath like,

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

It can be an affirmation like, “I love myself.” Or, “Yes! Thank you!” Or it can be an embodied practice like feeling the air on your skin or feeling your inner body. Whatever works best for you—numbers, breath, affirmations, chanting, feeling your inner body—make that your singular focus today. And you will be succeeding in the concept of “mindset is everything.”

Breathe in and feel confident. Mindset is everything!
Breathe out and be confident. You now have the mindset that it takes to get what you want!

It’s so simple. It’s deceptively simple,. It’s just choosing one thing and not wavering. Stand up to your thoughts today. And relax. Mindset is everything but it doesn’t have to be hard. Any time you notice yourself worrying or thinking, just remind yourself, mindset is everything. And go right back to your singular focus.

Breathe in and connect to that singular focus.
Breathe out and take some time right now to listen to your higher self. Ask your higher self, “What should my singular focus be today?”

Mine is the affirmation, “I live the magick life!”

Breathe in and live the magick life today!
Breathe out and feel so confident. Mindset is everything, and you have unlocked your singular focus, that allows you to be as focused as you need to be to get what you want.

Breathing in, yes!
