Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and feel relieved!
Breathe out and smile! You made it! You’re back!

In this moment, you can choose to remember who you are! You are the creator and you are here in this life to have fun!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

I don’t give a fuck about those worries! I don’t give a fuck about how much time I spend on my phone! I don’t give a fuck about getting my list done!

Breathe in and lighten up! You don’t give a fuck!
Breathe out and enjoy life because you love yourself!

When you love yourself, everything in life is so much easier, because you like being who you are, doing what you do.

Breathe in and smile! It’s getting easier!
Breathe out and congratulate yourself! You have come SO FAR!

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and pull your attention away from your thoughts, into this moment.

Let’s take advantage of our time together right now, and put our attention on our breath, and let this focus completely pull us into the present moment. Just a couple minutes spent being present can raise your mood so much and that better mood attracts better thoughts and better-feeling manifestations.

Just taking two minutes out of your day to feel good by stepping outside of your mind, away from your thoughts, can give you so much reward, so many results. So here we go. Use this time to totally focus on your breath and keep your attention only on your breath. Keep it on where your breath goes in and out of your nostril and any time you catch yourself thinking instead, just go back to your breath.
