Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let go of your resistance to every little thing that happens!

You’ve always been fine. You’re always going to be fine. You’re fine right now.

Breathe in and trust in the power of your singular focus!
Breathe out and let go of your second-guessing, your over-thinking, your worrying. This is the right place and this is the right time and you are doing everything right!

Breathe in and step into this present moment!
Breathe out and lighten up because this present moment isn’t serious!

Life isn’t serious! Life is the present moment. And right now is not serious. It rarely, if ever, is!

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and slow down.

Just enjoy who you are. Enjoy what you’re doing. Let yourself relax, and open up to the mystery.

Breathe in and connect to source.
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy this moment.

You decided to come here for fun. You decided to come here for the pleasure of coming to earth, to 3D reality, 4D reality, 9D reality.

Breathe in and surrender your preferences!
Breathe out and just trust: It’s meant to be this way. It’s supposed to be this way. Life actually, really, already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

It’s all working out for you. You can trust the process of life. Let your body relax and just think about what you want.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What do I want?”
Breathe out and think about it right now: “What do I want?”

I just want to feel playful and have fun! What do you want?

Breathe in and decide to feel playful and fun!
Breathe out and let go of all of your second-guessing thoughts about feeling playful and fun. You can feel playful and fun right here, right now, in the present moment. You don’t have to doubt a thing!

Breathe in and be playful and joyful!
Breathe out and let go of your worries. Let go of the second thoughts. You don’t have to think about every single thing that happens again right after it happens.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and just let go of your thoughts.

Life is playful. The present moment is playful. And when you feel playful, you will see life already is the way you want it to be!
